The room felt brand new, almost too new, as there was a strong lingering smell of fresh paint and new furniture which made breathing a bit uncomfortable. The bathroom door was faulty, and I nearly got trapped inside, but my friend called the staff who promptly came to fix it. Getting the Wi-Fi to work was also quite a hassle. I didn't have a sound sleep. However, everything else was very good.

the hotel was great, its located in the center of the city. its easy to get to anywhere. there is night market right outside the hotel and the price is also low. highly reccomended!
The location suited me and the accommodation was tidy and clean. All the staff are friendly and helpful as well. The only negative thing to say is that some of the staff have the memory of a goldfish - they ask you if you want your room cleaned but do nothing about it.
This hotel is really just for sleeping; there are no other amenities or activities whatsoever. The hallways leading to the rooms felt a bit eerie, dark, and weren't very clean. However, once inside the room, both the bedroom and the bed itself were clean. The bathroom was dated but perfectly acceptable for the price.

Location is in a dark alley, parking is limited if you come back late and have to park at roadside.
There is a lift provided, but metal plate in front of the lift make it extremely hard to push our luggage… Not sure why all the B2 hotel have such design.

It was an okay hotel for its price. Since it was ***** New Year, all of the hotels I used to stay in Chiang Mai was fully booked so I thought I would try this hotel.
When I stayed it was under renovation so the pool can not be used and full of all the dust. And also some noises during the day. This has not been notified in advance and for health and safety with all those dust they shouldn't have let any guest stay.
The hotel near the street and it was so dangerous to get out of car especially with big luggage.
They painted the room brand new but shower room was still dirty.
The staff was good.
Towels were so dirty.
Bed is the worst. It's too hard to sleep on.
There are so many hotels in Chiangmai that you can stay with this price with better bed.
An excellent choice if you don't need to be within walking distance of the tourist spots. It's about half an hour walk from Santitham, just outside the Khuang Singh ring. Grab drivers used to be a challenge to get previously, but now it's easier. The traffic during the high season can be very bad.
The service stuff especially the housekeeping were extremely helpful and welcoming. Room are very spacious, essentially 1BR apartments, great if you're traveling with partner or as a small family. 6th and 7th floor have a good view of the Doi Suthep. A quiet pleasant environment a couple of blocks away from Chothana Rd / Chang Phueak highway. The downside is that there not so many food options nearby except the Boriboon market.
The hotel is not bad, but the room didn't have a chair for sitting, so it was impossible to work.
I asked at the reception, and they gave me a chair.
My room didn't have such a nice view, because it didn't have a balcony.
But some rooms should have a very nice view like on the photo below

SSijieVery affordable price, the surrounding looks very tranquil and pretty. Swimming pool is big enough. Walking distance to Chiang Mai university and the night market behind the university.
But unfortunately so far these are all advantages.
The cleanliness of the room was really below the standard, we found plenty of cocoons on the wall and some dead bugs? ( very unpleasant). There was only one trash can for the whole room, so we need to go all the way to the toilet to throw away the trash.
Reception staff looks like they don’t want to be at work at all.
DDAORUNG KHOEBLALGood: nice river view, near restaurants, can walk to the market
Bad: the staff are not so active, they ask for deposit money 500 baht, and they have no change for 1,000 note. ( should be prepared if you ask for deposit ) the air-conditioning is not getting to the bed, it gets cool slowly,
BREAKFAST Very BAD!!!

GGuest UserLoved my stay! Clean rooms, comfy bed, and friendly staff. Perfect location with great amenities. Breakfast was delicious. Only minor downside: [mention any issue, e.g., slow Wi-Fi]. Would definitely stay again!

GGuest UserAll good and clean also location is very convenience and there are some food shop near by especially there are one food restaurant next to hotel very delicious with reasonable price.
LLukeparsDecent hotel for the price, we didn’t realise this was a budget b2 so it was not as nice as some previous b2’s we’ve stayed in. One room had a desk and another had no desk but cost more per night.
Overall not bad though, probably wouldn’t recommend unless you are looking for a cheap hotel and don’t have high standards. “Has windows” really means a tiny window that lets hardly any light in.
