Property is conveniently located inside the Old City walls. Room was large and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only hiccup was parking - they only have 2 spots and they were being repaired - you can park in front of hotel but need to move car every day at midnight to the other side of the street.

Right at the entrance, you can see the swimming pool and garden with Chiang Mai-like trees. Booked for a half-day rest. It's ok for a late flight. It's clean and the location is good. Satisfied enough. Rooms on the first floor have some inconvenience when opening and closing the door, but if you're a family with children, 1 The floor seems to be good. The pool is in front, and the tables in front are convenient to use. The room feels old, and the room is spacious and honestly good value for money. However, it is not as clean as the basic standard, but perhaps after experiencing expensive hotels that were much dirtier, my level of satisfaction has actually increased. Family Recommended if you prefer a hotel location and spacious rooms.

We loved our stay at Moon Dragon Hotel. It is a super convenient location in the Old City, with plenty of restaurants and stores around. The room was sparkly clean, with great AC and a TV with Netflix, perfect for winding down after a long day of exploring around the city. We did not use the pool, but it looked beautiful and inviting. Check-in was effortless, and they held our luggage in reception as we arrived early.

Clean, friendly & helpful staff, pool is great for a dip after long day out. Great coffee at the foyer in the morning. Short walk to restaurants, must try Kat’s Kitchen, wet market, temples. We booked private tour with travel agent just next door much cheaper then online.

Very friendly staff with quick eazy check in . Very nice pool side room .small room but nice with comfortable bed. Excellent location near night market and many bars and restaurants.

I like the staffs are so warm welcome their customers, so courteous, always go out of their way to help. I sure will come again. I like it better if they open the pool earlier for guest to use , around 6 or 7am

Amazing place and super clean

I cannot comment too much about the hotel because I stayed there only for a few hours. I was most impressed about the staff at reception area. They went way out of their way to help me find a solution for repair options with my luggage. Absolutely fabulous!

The Moon Dragon was a short 10 minute drive from the airport. The location was fantastic! It near an assortment of dining options, temples, and spas. Everything was walking distance even for us, a family of 4 which includes a toddler. The hotel was quiet, clean, and very accommodating. We stayed in the penthouse suite and it was everything we expected. The pictures online don’t do justice. They also have a laundry service (wash&fold) that we took advantage of and they did a great job with our clothes. Overall the quality is great, I would highly recommend staying here and is definitely book here in the future.

Excellent laundry services at hotel. Beautiful layout of pool near this small hotel at a great location for the sunday night market. Easy walking distance to explore east side of inner city and all its offerings.
