The hotel is a Thai-style residence with a very good location. The owner is a handsome man and very welcoming. It is only a few minutes' walk to Thapae Gate. The room is quiet and clean. I was very satisfied with my trip to Chiang Mai.

I would like to say that it is a room that is very worth the price. traveling alone So I chose a single room, big bed, cool air conditioning, very big mirror. It's called comfortable. The location is next to the Sunday Walking Street. Less than 50 meters walk away and you're already at the market. Plus it's close to Tha Phae Gate. And many more temples, lots of food, and the owner is cute. Next time if you go to Chiang Mai Definitely won't miss it.

It was perfect for us at a reasonable price. It was very close to the markets and the pubs. Plus, the house/property has an old-timey charm. The room was cozy. The bathroom was a bit compact, but it was super clean. So, no complaints. And the employees there speak in English. So thats a big plus!

Pros: It's worth what you pay, calm and quite guest house (not a hotel), the night market street is 02 minutes walk from the hotel, with the cheapest Sunday massage options 04 minutes walk from your stay. Free Tea & coffee in lobby, 7/11 just 100 mts from this place, barber shop in the building. Owner Mr. Koh very friendly and will attend to any request you may have, he will carry your luggage to the 02nd floor. Cons: some rooms smell bad with previous tenants taking in food and durians; you may not like your stay at first but once you are in, you will cop up with the room, it's too basic but enough. Worth what you pay for but much worth for the location as you can walk to the Tae Phae gate in 05 minutes. Good for a 03 day stay in the heart of Old Chiang Mai. Good owner Mr. Koh,

I stayed for 2 weeks in the Chiang Mai Rendezvous, in February 2023. The service is warm, relaxed and efficient; the location is as good as you'll get in Chiang Mai; the value is out-standing. Highly recommended.

Very comfortable and clean hotel. Fresh bed linen and daily change of towels. Toiletries are available. Very friendly staff, with whom you can easily communicate in English. They helped us with recipes in organizing an individual excursion. We were very pleased with everything
