I recently stayed at Hi Chiangmai Hotel with two friends from 23 to 27 July, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The room was clean and spacious, providing a comfortable space to relax. It came equipped with an Android TV and even an air purifier, which was a nice touch.
One downside was the air conditioning. The temperature was a bit too cold for our liking, as we couldn't adjust it above 23 degrees Celsius. However, this was a minor inconvenience.
The hotel's location is very convenient, within walking distance to One Nimman and Maya Lifestyle Mall. Despite the nearby construction (which the hotel had notified us about), the area remained generally peaceful, and it didn’t affect us much since we were out during the day.
The water pressure in the shower was a bit low, but it was manageable. Another plus was the laundromat in the lobby, which made doing laundry easy and convenient.
The service staff were friendly and approachable, always ready to assist with a smile. I would definitely recommend Hi Chiangmai Hotel to anyone visiting Chiangmai.

Basic room with cleanliness but our room rain shower head is not functioning well, even after informed receptionist, nothing was done. Receptionist services is good, help to arranged transfer.

we had the top room in the hotel, but noise from outside was unbearable, seemed like there was a bird nest right by our window, also people using elevators was loud and clear during the night. the metal that holding the tissue roll just fell off, technician came and fixed it after we called the lobby, somehow it fell off again we didn’t bother to call we just told them what happened when we checked out.

The front desk was helpful and friendly! They can converse well in English so no worries :) Rooms are kept clean and the property condition seems relatively new & good upkeep.
The location of the property is a little tucked away from the main street. Single female travellers, I would say be a little careful. Grab car/bike is easy to call. Food choices around the area are a little limited - you have to Grab most of the time. There's coin laundry on the property - so backpackers who are staying here for a longer rest can use the machines! Overall, a good place to unwind & rest! Would come back when I'm in Chiang Mai.

This hotel is located in a newly built building, not a renovated one. Everything inside is brand new and clean. Like balcony railings and water drainage mesh cover with the paint still on the mesh. New AC unit and it's wall mount. New umbrellas etc in room, all stickers and signs. So you don't have to worry about bugs and such.
Nice staff, affordable breakfast on premises, and good location a walking distance from Nimman.
