Great hotel to have a night near Golden Triangle

A little too far But the staff are very welcoming. Very good service too. But the TV signal is not good.

Overall, the accommodation is good and clean, but there is a problem with the bathroom with clogged pipes. Water has been waiting to drain for a long time. which has been informed to the staff The staff tried their best to fix it in the middle of the night. But it still wasn't completely cured, so 1 star was deducted.

This hotel is good in everything, the room is good, the price is not expensive, it is next to the central shopping mall, across the road is bigc, convenient! The first floor room has direct access to the swimming pool, which is good! Clean and luxurious, the only downfall is the breakfast, not very good!

The bedroom is big and clean, the receptionist is very good service.

A beautiful time with wife and son, our anniversary and his birthday. Beautiful peaceful location, with a great pool. Rooms are spacious with views of the Mekong River and of course Loas on the opposite side. Looked after fantastically with generosity and care we will be back.

A delightful, clean, well-kept resort along the banks of the Mekong near Chiang Saen. Large, modern, well appointed rooms. A lovely pool area overlooking a riverside garden area. And their on-property restaurant serving delicious Thai and international meals. Plus an incredibly friendly, helpful professional team! I was delighted when our tour group spent a night heredue to an issue in Laos. Hope to return again.

The facility and staff: 5 stars! For one breakfast, a staff made our teenage son a breakfast sandwich because it was close to closing time and he wasn't awake yet. The beds were soft but firm and the pillows not to high. Very comfortable! The food was average, not great but not bad either. Only two negatives: the shower and toilet door is glass and some parts of it is clear, so people can see in and out. Which is weird if you have kids with you or a friend in the same room. The others, the shower temperature is really hard to adjust. Overall, 4.5 stars! Enjoyed our stay.
