Wonderful room with wonderful views. Love sitting in the window seats overlooking the city. The service is excellent- Antonio and Jovan are excellent as well as another young gentleman who worked at the front desk (can’t remember his name). We love this location. The only negative is having to look at the trump hotel and to be reminded of an awful human being that is sadly, horrifically and scarily our joke of a president who is ruining our country. The L7 though is wonderful and we highly recommend.

I had an excellent experience. The hotel rooms & common areas are so aesthetically decorated, the rooms are so functional, every detail is thought through to make for an enjoyable stay. And the staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. Have nothing negative to say, Will definitely stay here again

Awesome experience

- It was Super noisy at night time, and I didn't sleep well. The hotel locates at the cross, it was super noisy even at 1-2 am. There was a lot of engine noise from the racing cars outside of the windows. - We booked the King size Suits with lake view, however, it is at level 4, there are not many lake views, and the window is pretty high. - There is no water or any drinks in the mini bar. - We didn't set any alarm. However, the alarm in the room woke me up at 6 am!

The room is very new, it seems to have been renovated in 2024, the facilities are also good, there are yoga mats and small dumbbells, as well as air purifiers. The overall experience is very good, the location is very good! There are many things to do around the Trump Tower, very safe

Overall it's not bad, but the corridor feels a bit old, but the interior is OK. This river view room doesn't actually see much of the river, but considering the price it's worth it

I booked this hotel when I came to Chicago. Although the room was small, it was very cozy. I wanted to heat up the food I brought back at night, but I found there was no microwave. The front desk brought one up for me. Very considerate

In the city center, except that the air conditioning is too dry, allgood.
