"The hotel boasts a truly excellent location, outperforming some pricier options. It's incredibly convenient for catching a cruise, right at the doorstep! The ground floor was quite lively, so much so that I initially mistook it for a shopping mall! However, after a two-day stay, I realized it's simply the hotel's distinctive atmosphere. The rooms are quite spacious, though the facilities are a bit dated. I imagine if they were new, the price point would be considerably higher. Breakfast at the restaurant was good, and the service was very attentive – I even left a tip! Valet parking is available, which is extremely convenient. I'd definitely consider staying here again next time. Thumbs up!"

"The rooms are spacious; a quad room wasn't cramped at all. Two quad rooms share one bathroom, shower room, and a living room. The ceilings are very high. You might still need an eye mask as it can be a bit bright on the upper bunk."

The guy I saw in the elevator suspected that he had a bruise. The facilities are OK. Because of Saint Patrick's Day, the price doubled. The disposable items were not changed the next day. The deposit was $100 a day. The breakfast was OK, but the takeaway would not be delivered."

"The room is big, but not clean. The towels were not changed on the first day, and there was a woman's long hair on one of the beds. The bathroom towels had human body hair. I didn't want to complain because I was too tired due to jet lag. The next day, I went out early because I had a meeting with a client, but when I came back, I found that the sheets were not changed. I went to the front desk to argue, but they only apologized and said that it was 9 o'clock in the evening and the cleaning staff had gone off work. I asked for the sheets and changed them myself. The next day I went to the front desk to tell them to change the sheets. But when I left, the sign was hung wrong, it said Do Not Disturb, and it was not cleaned. I am convinced by this hotel."

The restroom facilities were very clean, and having 3 showers and 2 toilets for the women’s area was a huge plus—it really helped avoid any long waits in the morning. The room was just the right size for the four of us, cozy but comfortable. We also enjoyed the common area, which had a nice vibe and was a good space to relax. The staff were all friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with anything we needed. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-maintained place to stay!"
