Great location. I am gold vip with ******* and hotel is supposed to upgrade me if rooms available. Front desk confirmed rooms were available but insisted i would need to pay for an upgrade.

Great location, wonderful staff. Bed very comfortable and room was fine. Some of the furnishings in the room were a bit worn. Overall, a very nice experience.

I love love loved my stay it’s a beautiful place the only thing i didn’t like was parking outside of that everything was perfect staff was amazing and friendly very helpful can’t wait until my next visit

Had a problem with the room since it wasn’t like the pictures, but the manager helped accommodate my partner and I. The receptionist aren’t as helpful though.

The hotel was clean, had very modern decor and a relaxing ambiance. The location is great. You can walk to alot of hot spots from there.
The staff was very pleasant and helpful especially the waitress TAJ'AE at their restaurant. Our dining experience started off on a bad note but Taj'ae was able to turn that around with her winning personality and exemplary customer service.
The room was clean with a nice size modern bathroom, refridgerator and coffee machine. I was able to step out on my balcony for pics and viewing from the 18th floor.
The indoor pool is decent. The hot tub is small but can hold about 6 people comfortably.
The lighting needs improvement. Room and lobby lighting way too dim.
Overall, it was a great stay. I will retun in the future. I recommend it as a great choice for guests.
