The room was nice not very clean and the pool was closed. Convenient location.

Walls and baseboards dirty. Stains on towels and bed covers. Shower curtain stained and discolored. Bed springs relics and made noise. Hot tub not operating. Would not stay again.

Front desk was great and offered late check out. Only reason I know the furniture hasn't been moved in a really long time was because my son's cars were getting stuck under the dresser - super dirty. I had to squish a couple roaches. Some guy was in the halls yelling. I wouldn't suggest staying here.

Réception is dirty and disordered. Room : armchair dirty and dated, toilet door hurts the toilet receptacle each time u enter the bathroom, all the furniture is outdated.

I was very disappointed that we couldn't use the Hot Tub the days that we stayed there. And the 1st room smelled really really bad. Like it used to be a smoking room once before. I'm a former smoker, so I know that smell. The toilet screamed so loud everytime it flushed, and the sink drained very slowly. We told them about everything at the front desk and they let us switch rooms. The 2nd room wasn't too bad, but just a little smaller than our 1st one. The bathroom was bigger, but I was kind of disappointed that the sink counter was way much smaller leaving hardly any room for even my makeup. It was an accessible room, so I guess that's why. And the toilet was way too close to the sink because my right arm kept hitting the corner of that sharp granite. I really wish Hotels had ceiling fans to help circulate the air and keep it a little cooler and breathable for me. The place was alright, but could use some improvements. But, then again, every room is different.

The front area looked upgraded; however, the interior decor is very old everywhere. The bedroom furniture and everything in it was very old. I wouldn’t stay there ever again. The breakfast was the bare minimum and had no hot things except for a waffle maker.

Everything was clean inside and out the rooms had no bed bugs wanted to stay long but the night girls didnt know how to extend my stay

Room was very dirty. There was mold on the toilet as well as the shower curtain was covered in mold. The hardware in the shower and sink were ancient and worked poorly. Sink was slow to drain. The room just smelled very musty and looked like it has not been cleaned in years.

We checked in for the weekend and other guests that were staying there were screaming and yelling and fighting right outside our door. We paid for a hotel to get some sleep and we were kept up all night and when calling the front desk they said there was nothing they can do, I will be taking this to corporate
