Would not recommend this place. The air conditioning did not work and would not go below 30 degrees. When asking, the staff told us to wait even though it had been 3 hours. They eventually changed rooms and it still did not work. We had to ask for a fan to cool us down, but we were shouted at when we asked when the air conditioning would be fixed. The trip.com customer service team were told everything was OK, which was a lie. We had booked for three nights, but had to cancel after a very sweaty one night.
