Chitose Hotels with Wifi

"The hotel is conveniently located on the 4th floor of New Chitose Airport's international departures terminal. The hotel is very new overall and boasts stylish decor. The front desk staff spoke excellent English and had hotel guides available in multiple languages. After check-in, the bell staff helped with luggage and introduced the hotel facilities. Upon reaching the room, they even asked if I'd like them to knock on the door first, following Chinese custom, which I found very thoughtful. The hotel's fourth floor features a lounge, a gym, and an onsen (hot spring). The onsen is divided into male and female baths, each with separate key card access. Although the baths aren't large, the water quality is excellent, and the toiletries provided are comprehensive and smell wonderful. My room offered views of planes taking off and landing – an absolute delight for any aviation enthusiast. This time, I had my luggage sent directly from my previous hotel using a delivery service (Takkyubin) in advance, and it was already placed in my room when I checked in. Arriving at the airport in the afternoon, I could walk ten minutes to the domestic terminal for diverse shopping and dining options, with many souvenir shops open until 8 PM. On the international side, there's also a larger Don Quijote where you can buy cosmetics and pharmaceuticals, though its operating hours are 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Overall, it was a fantastic travel experience, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Sapporo!"

"Great hotel in CTS airport! This hotel offers spacious rooms and we can go to an airport onsen in just 5 mins of walking (free of charge for hotel guess). The hotel breakfast is yummy and has a lot of options to offer. I like this hotel 😍"

"The unit is clean and spacious, with facilities quite new and satisfying a family stay. The rooms are pretty the same as shown on the website. Though the location is a little remote, but it’s near a train station and quite easy to get a taxi using apps like GO. It’s sad that the nearby outlet is not open fully, with most of its shops closed. We had a wonderful stay and our family enjoyed our stay very much!"

This is a choice hotel for a night stay in preparation of early flight on the following day. There are lift access to get to the train station. Getting luggage to the train platform was easy. Hotel has free parking and is next to a Seven-Eleven convenient store."

"Our stay at the ANA Crowne Plaza Chitose was great. The location is central and close to many amenities like shopping mall, eating places and a short walk to the train station. Parking is free and the staff are very warm and welcoming. Service quality is very good - staff are polite and helpful. There is even a convenience store located in the hotel that is opne from 0600hrs to 2359hrs. Rooms are much larger than those in Sapporo and Tokyo and the shower area is big too."

"They provide free shuttle bus to the airport. But only for specific time schedule. They have onsen, which is great. Location is near to Aeon which has everything you need. Only problem is they split all our 3 rooms far apart. Hence the deduction in service mark. 2 rooms both at opposite far end of the corridor. And another room on a different floor. Tried to talk to the counter to put us all on the same floor at least, but he couldn't understand our request. Only keep informing me that we have 2 rooms on 1 floor and 1 room on a different floor. Which was exactly my point to request for change of rooms."

"Room was abit cramped (don't really have space to open our luggages fully while still being able to walk freely). But hotel makes it up with their amenities, decent breakfast, and the women's onsen even had a shampoo bar where you can select your own shampoos (named shampoo and conditioner brands) for showering before the onsen."

"The hotel is a bit old but the advantage is that it is very close to JR. There is an Aeon nearby, which is less than 5 minutes' walk. This place is remote and suitable for staying overnight before going to the airport. The hotel provides airport pick-up service, which is very good."
