Amazing
夫夫君请留步Lake Shikotsu is the northernmost ice-free lake in Japan. It has a charming view. The area of the lake is more than ten times the size of West Lake in our country. It is surrounded by four large mountains and surrounded by virgin forests. There are not as many tourist groups as Lake Toya. It is atmospheric, quiet and beautiful. . It coincides with the opening of Lake Shikotsu Ice Sculpture Festival, 300 yen per person, three minutes walk, worth visiting at night. From the north gate of Sapporo Station, there is a white, blue and green wing bus that can pick you up to the hotel for a fee. The Italian cuisine for dinner is more delicious than I thought. There are eight hotels in total, and each family can reserve two outdoor baths for one hour each. As a hot spring hotel, the full suit of the waiter is a little weird. In fact, the restaurant owner changed his job to provide hotel services. The details are still different from the old hot spring hotel, and they are not listed one by one. A reminder, don’t live in Marukoma at Lake Shikotsu. It’s just a lonely hotel on the westernmost bank. There are dozens of Chinese tourists who flew out during the wing pick-up. There are no Japanese! There are densely packed hotels on the east bank, as well as the Ice Sculpture Festival, the cruise ship dock and the hot spring street to stroll around. If the weather is good, you can enjoy the sunset. To sum up, if Cuiming Pavilion can book the only lake-view hot spring room, it is worth it. If you can't book it, then consider Song of Water. I don't think it is cost-effective near 4k here.
GGuest UserThis is a very traditional Japanese onsen ryokan. If you've never experienced this type of hotel before, it's an excellent choice. As someone who appreciates home decor, I absolutely loved the small cabinets and ornaments throughout the hotel; they felt carefully selected. There were also welcome drinks near the front desk, and a certain milk tea was delicious – definitely worth trying!
The hotel offers a shuttle bus service from Chitose Station to the hotel. The pick-up from Chitose Station is at 2 PM, and the drop-off back to Chitose Station upon check-out is at 11 AM, which are very convenient times.
The lake next to the hotel is beautiful and peaceful, and I even saw deer in the morning. Overall, it's a great place to relax and enjoy the hot springs, and a wonderful experience on this Hokkaido trip!
Rrosie_qiqiRoom is spacious with a private garden & outdoors onsen.
Welcome puddings were very yummy and yet the buffet in there was very insipid. Frankly speaking, the only two good foods there are sashimi and rice, what a shame.
Others: Very close to the lake, 1-2 minutes walk; a large and cozy lobby with good jazz music from an antique JBL sound system; live music performance every night; lots of books; fireplace and roasted marshmallows; lovely shop on the 3rd floor (prized reasonably). All is well except the buffet. Did not try the Japanese one (needs to book and pay a lot) hence a bit regretted.
GGuest UserThe room was quite spacious for Japan, featuring three beds, which was ideal for our family trip. The facilities were also good. Its location is convenient for Chitose Airport, with a taxi ride costing around 2000 JPY. However, dining options right outside the hotel are somewhat limited. We visited during a holiday period, so all the Izakayas required reservations. Fortunately, there's a soup curry place and a tonkatsu (pork cutlet) restaurant right outside, which served as decent alternatives.
GGuest UserExtremely convenient as it's located right inside the airport. You can check in for JAL flights right outside, while ANA is just a few minutes' walk away. The breakfast is quite good. The New Chitose Airport Onsen offers free admission: just grab a ticket at the front desk and head to the fourth floor for a relaxing hot spring bath! ♨️
RRubyG2 stations away from Chitose airport. The great thing about this hotel is it’s unlimited drinks offering a variety of soups, coffee and others. Love its convenience also. Thank you to the friendly staff.
잔잔느It was good because it was close to the airport, and the free shuttle was also good. The breakfast was rich and delicious. The bathhouse was small, but it was good. It was good that pajamas were provided to change into. There were a lot of places to eat nearby, which was good. The building seemed old, but the other services were all satisfactory, so it was good.
GGuest UserA bit hard to Checkin at first because we forgot to do the pre-Checkin but the staff online help us and finally we got in around 8pm. However, the room is big 4 beds with huge screen TV WITH YOUTUBE AND NETFLIX. All amenity is plenty enough for family. There are washing machine and heater which is big help and make this place stand out. We love this place and wanted to come back.
GGuest UserThe room was spacious, with two large windows. The parking lot was open-air, which was a bit inconvenient when it rained. The lobby staff could communicate in English. Breakfast and dinner were both buffet style; although the selection wasn't huge, there were some unique ingredients. Dinner could be prepared as a personal shabu-shabu. The beach environment was pleasant. In the morning, you could see small birds outside the restaurant. It was a bit of a walk to Lake Shiko, and there were many snow worms there.
AAnonymous UserThe environment is great, and the hotel offers an airport shuttle. You need to book a time with the front desk, but unfortunately, I missed it. The front desk staff can help you call a taxi, and their service is excellent. The room is small, but for this price, it's really good!
