Great
ZZaipiaoneHere's a review/guide:
1. Honestly, the location is quite remote. The last bus from Chitose Station is at 4 PM. If you're coming from central Sapporo, you'd probably need to leave by 2 PM. I left at 3:30 PM and missed it, ending up paying 14,000 JPY for an Uber.
2. The service, however, was excellent. Upon arrival, they inform you of dinner times, and for breakfast, you can choose between 7 AM or 9 AM.
3. There's also a 9:30 AM shuttle bus to the airport for 1,300 JPY, but it's annoying that they only accept cash. So, I took the free 11 AM shuttle that dropped me off at Chitose train station instead.
4. You can see a picture of the dinner menu (Photo 1). Breakfast is similar to dinner, just without sashimi and with tofu instead.
5. They mentioned a beautiful sunset, but I didn't get to see it. It's probably best to arrive early.
6. There's a pretty lake nearby. I took a quick look in the morning, and I personally think it would make for great photos, especially if paired with the sunset the hotel mentioned.
7. The onsen (hot spring) is private. I didn't try any others, so I can't comment on them.
8. There really are deer nearby! I saw them twice when they drove me to the station in the morning, but unfortunately, the car was too fast for me to get a picture.
AAnonymous UserThis stay was pretty average, nothing particularly remarkable. The basic cleanliness of the room was acceptable, with no obvious dirt or mess, but the facilities were a bit old and not very convenient to use. Check-in at the front desk was a normal speed, and while the service wasn't overly enthusiastic, it was polite, and they answered questions simply. The soundproofing was mediocre; I could hear some hallway noise at night. The value for money was just okay – no special surprises, but no major issues either. It's the kind of place you could stay at, or easily skip.
GGuest UserThe Good:
- Room is big (enough for 3 person).
- Toilet & Bathroom are Separated.
- Have Stove, Microwave oven, utensils, etc.
- Easy to rent car as there are many car rental shops nearby.
- only 1 station from airport.
The Bad:
- No people stationed after office hours. Need to use tablet at reception to talk to a ”Cloud Receptionist” thru' web call. - Their speaking English is not bad but thru' web calls is not exactly clear.
- The door safety guard lock is already broken (see picture) when we arrived. Reported to the ”Cloud Receptionist” but he is not able to help after having difficulties explaining to them especially the web cam is not working when I call. Unable to show them the photos. They asked me to email the photos to them but their email inbox is full & got delivery failure. After a long waste of time & knowing they are unable to help (they try to), we just forget it. Hoping that the PIN of our room door is not known by others as it is the only security that lock the door.
- There is a step just before the ”beds” (which are just mattresses on the floor) caused many tripping.
- No shops nearby that can buy food.
The walk from Minami Chitose station is ok about less than 10mins but the ground is a bit uneven & empty at night. Not easy if luggage is big & alone.
EEpianThe hotel boasts an excellent location, within walking distance of major attractions. Although the room is small, its modern minimalist design is thoughtfully laid out, maximizing space and making movement easy. A nice touch is the provision of two-piece pajamas for guests. The buffet for both dinner and breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, a comfortable and well-designed stay with great dining choices.

Upgraded to a corner room with Japanese tatami mats – very spacious! 💕 There are separate men's and women's baths on the rooftop. The women's bath requires a key to enter. There are only two shower areas, so it can get crowded if there are many people, but the water temperature is nice and warm!
Free washing machines are available on the 3rd floor. Bring your own laundry detergent or buy it at the counter.
Dryers are ¥100 for 30 minutes.
Buffet breakfast is available on the 2nd floor from 6:30 AM to 9:00 AM, with the last entry time at 8:30 AM – a pretty good selection!
It's a fairly traditional inn, but it has been renovated.
There's a lobby on the 1st floor with free coffee and hot water. There's also a free shuttle bus to New Chitose Airport!
GGuest UserI stopped by here at the end of my 6-night, 7-day trip to Japan.
Worried about potential flight cancellations, delays, or delays, I booked this hotel in Chitose, near the airport, the day before my departure.
Although my stay was brief, it was the most spacious and comfortable room I stayed in.
The restaurant on the first floor was also very delicious.
GGuest UserAbout or less than 10 minutes walking distance from JR station. The hotel also nearby Aeon which less than 10 minutes walking distance. It's a quiet place. The hotel with onsen and shuttle bus to airport service. The shuttle bus service must be booked once you confirm the hotel booking because it is just a 8 persons van which will be running out fast. The breakfast is normal with Japanese and Western style. The toilet is a bit small but the room consider spaces for 2 guests with 2 big baggage. The hotel straightly check in time is 3pm. All guests are waiting in the lobby until 3pm to get the room key.
田田螺姑娘在路上Very conveniently located near the Chithose train station , the hotel will cover the Taxi fare from there which is ¥620. The room is spacious with Japanese standards, plenty of amenities offered at the lobby, the breakfast was brilliant, Very nice fish and salad. Dinner options was also reasonable. The staffs are all super friendly and helpful, the hotel offers free shuttle buses to the airport and train station. We enjoyed the stay very much and will not hesitate to recommend it.
11JBTravelThe hotel is in good location in Chitose, it is just few steps away in Chitose station and close to Lawson and 7/11. Few minutes away from the airport, bus will be easier transport choice from New Chitose Airport to reach this hotel specially if carrying more baggage as the bus stop is just almost in front of the hotel entrance. There is also a scheduled shuttle arranged by the hotel to the airport.
晶晶姐The hotel has a new wing, and I was lucky enough to stay there. The room was spacious with a small living room. The refrigerator was small but had both freezer and refrigerator doors. The bathroom was separate, but I was a bit surprised that there was no sink in the toilet. However, it was very new. There was a coffee machine on the first floor, available for self-service from 3 pm to 9 pm. Although it's about a 7-10 minute walk from the station, it's a hotel I would stay at again.
