Chongqing Beibei District 5-star Hotels

Fantastic stay outside the bustle of urban Chongqing. Very comfortable rooms with private hot springs, I’d also recommend trying out the bathroom’s steam room. Got upgraded to a villa which further amplified all the perks of staying at a resort like this, great privacy while still being within a few mins of the lobby. Clover was a great point of contact during my stay, helping me book and pay for stuff at the hotel, Eric also took the time to help me book a Didi ride. As a foreigner visiting Chongqing I was glad to have their help. Very beautiful hotel grounds, and within 30 minutes of the aesthetic downtown Beibei district of Chongqing. About an hour’s taxi ride to the city center and Chongqing West station. Would recommend for any first time visitors to Chongqing!

One of the best stays in China as a foreign traveller! The hotel and its facilities are excellent, clean and well furnished with every detail taken care of. The surrounding views of the mountains and rivers are stunning and the hotel is ideally situated just out of the city in the mountains. Our room included a outdoor natural hot spring as well as pool overlooking the river. The bathroom also had a hot spring/bath inside. The hot springs are some of the best we have been to and were included in the stay along with breakfast and a private morning yoga session. Steve and the team were incredible and looked after us during the entire stay - he assisted us with our booking, check-in, dinner and spa reservations as well as assisting us with anything else we needed, all in English. There were also English copies of the menus in the restaurant and translations throughout the hotel and stay which was a massive help, especially being foreign guests at the hotel. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel which were both great. The breakfast consisted of local Chinese (The Chongqing Noodles are an absolute must) as well as international options. For dinner, we asked Steve to recommend traditional, local dishes and he took care of the rest. The Duck, Salted Goose and Lotus root were our top picks from this. There is of course a very wide selection of international dishes to choose from as well. The hotel is the perfect blend between modern 5 star luxury and a traditional, nature stay. We highly recommend Bolian to anyone looking for the perfect escape from the city. We will certainly be back!

The room is warm and comfortable, the facilities are complete and stylish, and the sleep is quiet. The only drawback is that there is an occasional odor from the drain, which is more obvious when lying on the side near the bathroom at night. The complimentary water, drinks, and tea are very thoughtful, and the fruit is only a few small oranges, which is a bit monotonous. Breakfast is a boon for carbon lovers, and there are coarse grains, comic yams, etc., but the staple food tastes mediocre, and I hope it can be improved. I like the design of the terrace very much, which meets the needs of smokers to defend themselves from air defense, and the scenery is beautiful. The surrounding environment is very beautiful and you can walk around. The butler service is a standardized and caring service, which is very good overall, but there is no active gift. Follow-up inquiries require special applications before they can be sent. The above is an objective statement. The metro station 曾家岩 is just a stop to 解放碑 shopping district and line 10 to the airport. Location is perfect to move around without needing to take cab. Breakfast has wide variety with a mixture of western and local food Room although has shown some aging, is big for 2 person provide necessary amenities. Pretty good. Staff are accommodating and friendly. Housekeeping is excellent. Overall, the hotel worth every cents you paid for.

This business trip to your hotel was a great experience! The front desk service was warm and thoughtful, helping me to check in quickly. I have a light sleep, and they adjusted the room type for me in time. The room is also spacious and bright, the bedding is comfortable, and the soundproofing is very good. I had a good rest at night. The room is quite standard, it is an old four-star hotel with Chinese decoration style. Compared with some emerging internet celebrity hotels, it is clean, convenient, cost-effective, and has a museum and an auditorium. It is also convenient to walk to the subway station. It is very convenient to eat around. It is quiet to sleep at night. The hot water supply is sufficient and the bathing is very comfortable. I stayed for four consecutive nights during the Spring Festival. Two nights were in an executive standard room and I upgraded to a business standard room for two nights. Thumbs up. The shower gel and shampoo are a little thick, but overall it is good. I will consider it next time I come to Chongqing.
