The room and service was great. The location and views as well. It was generally clean, but some details of the room could be cleaned better. In general, a very pleasant stay.

One of the best rooms I've ever stayed in. Loved every moment in the 270degree panoramic room and watched both sunset and sunrise.
There was loose leaf green tea in the teapot waiting for us and a whole set of salt and soap to use the bathtub.
Restaurant also cooks seriously tasty and quality local Chongqing food!
Highly recommend and I'll come back.

We came as 3 friends and really enjoyed the service here. The people are very nice and helpful, there’s even a free shuttle service to the tourist centre from where you can go to the main attractions in Wulong! The rooms are very clean. The free breakfast was also very good!! Would really recommend, very foreigner friendly :)

The hotel is surrounded by beautiful nature & very quite to relax. It was truly needed for who want to escape from city noise. The front desk was super helpful and kind. I would definitely stay again in the summer time. Also their food was so delicious. Breakfast is more likely Chinese style.

Excellent location to explore 天生桥and helpful staff. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was ok with Chongqing noodles (yum), however all the other dishes could be a bit warmer.

The room look exactly like in the photos. Very comfortable and relaxing stays. Nice view. Very friendly staffs. Quiet close to fairy mountain touriste center.

Great little hotel, true to picture, service was good. We were stranded after dinner with no Didi and the hotel staff drove out to get us, 5 star service!

It was a very cool hotel set on the mountain. The staff were kind, friendly, and always helpful. I especially loved the adorable puppy—he was so sweet and welcoming. The only downside is that there’s only one washing machine and one dryer. This caused some issues and long waiting times to use them. Since the hotel is quite large, it would be much better to have a few more machines to avoid unnecessary delays.
