環境：離地鐵站很近，旁邊就是小吃街，離觀音橋一公里多，走過去一路都是商場，景點打車也基本都是十塊多，非常方便
服務：老闆服務貼心有問題都能及時解決態度很好
衞生：打掃很乾凈，給的清潔用品也很多，洗衣機也好用
設施：設施齊全，冰箱電磁爐油煙機吹風機都有，方便
