XYA Xinya. High-altitude Quanjiang View Hotel (Chongqing Jiefangbei Hongyadong Branch)

The location of the hotel is very good. 5 mins walk to MRT. Though the lift only reach 28th Floor but the owner of the Hotel is always on hand to help us with the luggage upon check in/out. The hotel is value for money and we are able to have a good view of Chongqing. It is also within walking distance to解放碑，洪崖洞， 十八梯， etc.

The pictures listed for this accommodation are false as the building is located on the roof of an apartment building and had a large transit area around it which means people can see into every room if the curtains are not closed. The room itself needs repairs as there is paint chipping off the ceiling onto the floor. There was a spider web and spider above the bed and no toilet paper was provided, only facial tissues. To get to the accommodation you have to take a lift to the 28th floor arriving at an unattended hallway before climbing two flights of stairs. Pictures show the state of this area. Bed is comfortable but you can hear people talking and the elevator running late into the night, we wore earplugs both nights. Location is great. Fine for a night but wouldn’t stay any longer. We wouldn’t return.

We stayed in the hotel 4 nights. The location is excellent.The night sceneries are hard to beat. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The room is clean and the beds are firm in a good way. 麻雀雖小，五臟俱全。 Definitely will stay in this hotel again.

Very friendly owner!! Helped us with our queries and recommended us a great hotpot restaurant and let us go up to the roof for very nice photos. Great location!

Friendly, helpful, kind and very attentive's owner... Room is clean and cosy... Location is also very good... the only downside was the lift...
