住了三晚，位置很方便，樓下兩路口地鐵站，老闆很熱情，房間設施OK，但雨天飛蟲會從玻璃縫隙鑽進來，牆壁床底可能有些其他種類小蟲，頭天晚上踩死了好多，後來讓老闆做好衞生，第二天晚上沒看到了，樓下可以看到大田灣體育場，風景很不錯

首先是位置，非常好找，定位中華廣場就行，就在這棟樓的31樓。進到裏面以後的環境如圖。自主辦理入住和退房。離急救中心非常近。以上這些都是優點。
説一下缺點，睡着睡着床上突然發現一個臭蟲，因為朋友馬上拍開蟲子了，所以沒拍下來，老闆真的得做一下消殺，我看評論也不是第一次出現蟲子了，我是因為真覺得你家房間可以，所以沒打差評這些。這就是唯一得缺點了。

民宿在一幢樓的頂樓，我們訂的房間窗户很小，可以自助辦理入住和退房，旁邊就是地鐵口，隔壁有重慶小麪，不過洗浴區有台階，要注意安全，智能馬桶好評，電視沒有會員，能看的很少，不過我們都是早出晚歸睡個覺，重慶不愧是8D城市

設施：有洗衣機和烘乾機，智能馬桶有加熱功能，電動窗簾，開關都在床邊觸手可及的地方，很方便。

不像是一百多能住到的酒店 像三百多的 設施方面幾乎都是全新 床頭和門口也有總控 衞生無可挑剔 打掃的很乾凈 小抽屜裏也會掃 環境方面除了沒對外的窗户其他都挺好 洗髮水沐浴露看起來也是一次性每日換新的那種 很值了

設施：在31樓右手邊，到了給老闆打電話老闆會告訴你大門的密碼。辦理全稱是自己自助的（對i人很友好）輸入身份證和手機號就會得到房卡。裏面的馬桶窗簾全是自動的，洗浴的花灑也都很乾凈
衞生：床單被罩都很乾凈沒有污漬，裝修很大氣明亮
環境：就在2號地鐵口旁邊，去哪裡都很方便
服務：商家服務態度也都很好，我是剛開始訂了2天，沒想到每天都有人來收拾房間，果斷又把另一家的店退掉在這家續了一天
