The manager and entire reception team were very helpful. I had some trouble with directions and transportation since I am from the US and they went out of their way to assist me. Excellent service attitude.

The hotel is very close to both the metro station and Chongqing west railway station. It is new and the rooms are big and well equipped, plus the staff is so kind, helpful and always smiling. They helped us shipping some stuff to another hotel and the service was really fast.
Thank you, we will stay here again if coming back to Chongqing❤️

房間很大，很安靜，設施總的很好，床睡着舒服，離地鐵站很近（要會穿過小區），酒店前面還有美食一條街。唯一有點遺憾的是熱水來得慢，温度怎麼也調不高（不夠熱）
