Moon· Guang Jiangjing Guest House (Jiefangbei Hongyadong Branch)

I spent a long time searching online for a room before finally settling on this place. It truly lives up to its reputation as a carefully curated river-view guesthouse, which I'd also seen recommended on Xiaohongshu. The decor is absolutely beautiful and distinctly different from traditional guesthouses. The room designs are simple yet elegant, exuding a sense of quality. It offers stunning river and city views. What I appreciated most was its exceptional cleanliness and superb location. Many nearby attractions are within easy walking distance. The Line 2 light rail station is conveniently accessible directly from the 13th floor, allowing us to explore all the attractions along that route. The kids loved it too! A completely worry-free stay, definitely no regrets.

The 5-meter floor-to-ceiling windows were absolutely breathtaking! I found this place on Xiaohongshu and, despite some initial hesitation, it turned out to be truly amazing! The cleanliness was impeccable. The room was incredibly spacious – it's rare to find such a large room with a prime, front-row river view. In the evenings, we could watch cruise boats slowly glide by on the Jialing River, while the kids enjoyed watching their favorite movies projected on the screen. This will definitely be our go-to place whenever we visit Chongqing!

The location is absolutely unbeatable, with fantastic close-up views of Hongya Cave and the scenic riverbanks. The hostess was very welcoming, and the service was excellent. To get there, exit Linjiangmen Station (Line 2), walk through Kuaixing Tower, then take the elevator from the 12th floor down to the 1st floor. Shengdi Mansion will be right there, saving you from having to navigate in the scorching heat.
