We are so impressed of the services of the staff,they were very helpful and patient and go the extra to mile to assist on sightseeing arrangments and useful advice on short notice, special to Miss Xiao Loo for hel friendly and polite demeanor on all assistance rendered.
Will come back again.
The rooms and its facilties were great at the price point.

I’m quite a picky person, but I have to say this place isn’t bad at all. The service is really good the staff are attentive and always there to help. Thanks to them, my stay has been so much better.

房間乾淨舒適，床單被罩嶄新如初，WiFi順暢無阻看電影毫無卡頓，空調效果也很不錯，設施很全，重要的是離各個景點都非常近，出行很方便，樓下就是小什字地鐵站，而且管家們很熱情，整個入住過程非常愉快，會提前發路線圖，還有他們做的攻略，非常有幫助，很滿意的一次入住體驗，下次再來，個人很推薦！

老闆的熱情更是難忘！從入住前的路線指引，到貼心提行李、奉上西瓜水果，離店時竟還送祝福
周邊更是寶藏——步行10分鐘左右都是景點

這個民宿一定要來評價一下。首先民宿的地理位置非常好，去十八梯解放碑都非常近。房間的設施也很精緻。最最最值得一提的就是客服小妹們真的真的非常熱情，還沒有入住就加了一個微信羣，羣裏面有好幾個妹妹會同時回答你的不同問題，而且是秒回的那一種。我們後來都沒做啥攻略，都是直接問。我相信這是一般的民宿做不到的。所以就衝著這一點就非常值得入住。反正下次來重慶，我肯定還會住這一家。最後再羨慕一下這個老闆能找到這麼好的員工們
