設施：老舊、昏暗，晚上想洗澡，説鍋爐壞了沒熱水，我衹能早上洗，結果早上洗到一半，沒有水了，真的很崩潰，住這個酒店我真的是受夠了！
衞生：住宿那一層一進去的地方味道一股刺鼻尿騷味，房價衞生也不好
環境：房價裏燈光特別昏暗，裝修非常老舊，配着昏暗的燈光，我晚上其實感覺很嚇人，都不敢關燈睡覺
服務：敷衍、解決不了問題，非常一般

攜程定了這麼多次酒店，第一次給差評，説是美式的，由於房間太小，根本感覺不出來，而且定的精品大床，圖片與實際嚴重不符，去要宣傳圖片的那種精品大床，説是那是商務大床，要加30元，哎，來都來了，加就加吧。7層8層是酒店，7樓台階很多，注意腳下安全。餐廳在8樓中間位置，6點多就有旅行團吃飯，那聊天聲音分貝直逼麻將館，直接沒法睡，整個8樓估計沒有幸免的房間，聲音太亂了。房間電話線插盒是開的，電話直接沒法用。有圖有真相，我的圖片是加錢後的商務大床，周圍酒店很多，建議多看看再選擇

天氣降温想着開空調 結果空調怎麼按都衹有19度，打給前台説空調壞了，太晚了師傅不來修，摳搜不開空調就算了還找個鬼才信的藉口。衞生更是如圖所示，送的早餐是在走廊中間區域擺台，基本衹有鹹菜，碗上都是油漬，這是我在這個價位住過最差的，誰來誰是大冤種

從來不評價的，旅行回來特意找了訂單誇一下，開始訂的觀音橋附近，環境太差了 住了一晚臨時找了這家，環境好，離地鐵站也很近，前台服務也特別好，附近吃的也挺多，後悔沒有早選這裏 ，贊贊贊~
