We called the maintenance man to check it seven or eight times, but this maintenance man was not professional at all. He said there was no problem even though the air-conditioning was not working. As a result, we asked to change rooms and were moved to upstairs. We also waited in the room for a long time, but the so-called housekeeper didn't show up. We sent text messages to urge him for a long time before he came. We thought there would be no problem as the air-conditioning was working. Other problems still occurred frequently. The water in the shower room of one of the rooms could not flow down at all. As a result, we took out a disposable cup and a large cup of hair blocked the sewer. The carpet in the living room was covered with a transparent mat. Our elderly with limited mobility almost fell. The address of the hotel is relatively remote and the address is always wrong when ordering takeout. It is not convenient to go anywhere. I don’t know what the so-called housekeeper of this hotel does. Let alone the enthusiastic service, they are indifferent when asked. I strongly do not recommend everyone to stay in this hotel in Chongqing. The price is much more expensive than ordinary hotels. There is no cost-effectiveness. The service is also poor and the facilities are poor. I didn’t want to comment. I can’t live up to my conscience. I don’t want more travelers to be deceived! This is my second time in Chongqing and I have used Ctrip to book over 20 B&Bs. This was the worst experience. The address signs were very confusing. The taxi dropped us off at the designated location only to find out that it was not the place at all. As a result, we, the elderly and children, had to climb a hill with our luggage to get there. During this time, I asked their housekeeper to come out to pick us up and help with the luggage but was rudely refused. The housekeeper had a very bad attitude and blamed it on us. When we finally got to the other end, the housekeeper was on the phone with other customers and ignored us. There was no drinking water in the room and the toilet smelled heavily of sewage. Because we checked in at 7pm and had to leave at 9am the next morning, we endured it for one night. The next day, I ordered coffee takeout and used the address given by the housekeeper. The takeout guy couldn't find it at all. Overall, it was really bad.

I was so lucky to stay in this B&B when I traveled to Chongqing! It is located in a high-end residential area next to the Eighteen Ladders of Jiefangbei, with great privacy and security. When I walked into the room, I was instantly attracted by the Instagram-style decoration, which was exquisite and fashionable. When I didn't want to go out to play, I sat by the window to watch the night view, which was so healing! The stay experience was perfect and I have recommended it to my friends!

This is the most satisfying homestay I have ever stayed in! The homestay is next to Eighteen Ladders, with convenient transportation and everything you need for food, drink and entertainment. As soon as I entered the room, I was amazed by the fresh modern minimalist style. With the large floor-to-ceiling windows, the lighting and view are excellent. During the day, you can see the bustling scene of Eighteen Ladders, and at night you can immerse yourself in the gorgeous sea of ​​lights of Jiefangbei. The butler service is even more considerate, from check-in to check-out, the whole process is caring, and they also recommend local special snacks. This feeling of being at home is amazing. I will definitely stay here again next time I come to Chongqing!
