The owner didn't even bother when we searched for the place for a long time, and when we asked for directions, he only gave us a reply with the address displayed on the app after a very long wait and a lot of missed calls, which we could clearly see for ourselves. I don't recommend this place, especially for those who don't speak Mandarin at all. It's incredibly difficult to find and horror. We were even stopped by security at the building, and the owner didn't even care about our struggle to find the place and how to get up to the meeting point at the 27th floor without knowing the room number and anything to register to the security. The three rooms we booked were extremely dirty. They looked like they had been abandoned for a long time.NOT RECOMMENDED, especially for those with even the slightest dust allergy, as they clearly hadn't been cleaned, even the bedding. Our bodies were incredibly itchy and red, and my friend sneezed ALL NIGHT! There were a lot of spider in one of the rooms we booked. The building is absolutely horrible: old, smelly, and extremely dirty. The bathroom drain had a problem and flooded for quite a while, and I think that's a common problem, as the owner sent an automated message informing us about the drain problem after we checked in. My room had an empty soap bottle. Luckily we were in the rooms just for a few hours. The worst service, the worst location, worst of any budget hotel during our stay in China. Unprofessional.

Pictures are really describing a different room compared to reality. It was quite small, but that’s ok. The real problem was that it was not well kept. The entire building is extremely old and decadent. The sheets were dirty and showed evident yellow stains. The view was really nice but I don’t think it would overcome the other negative aspects. I wouldn’t recommend it
