The entire process was effortless and natural, making me feel comfortable. Jay's professionalism and attentiveness significantly enhanced my stay and reflected the hotel's dedicated service.

They provided prompt solutions to any issues we encountered, and the A.A. at check-in carefully informed me of the hotel's dining times and locations. The hotel is also not far from the surrounding attractions; it's only a 10-minute taxi or subway ride away. Transportation is very convenient, and I highly recommend visiting and experiencing the hotel's atmosphere.
