兄弟們我現在知道為什麼靠前的評價都要加上一句“不是託”了，這公寓是真的值得誇，誇完會讓人懷疑是不是託的程度！！！衞生方面性價比無敵高OK？我是剛坐下就站起來拍照誇誇！太！衞！生！了！真實感受：一上來前台就能看到特別乾淨的樓道，全是清新的味道，不是那種黴味，房間和樓道全是消過毒的，床上用品是一摸就感覺的出來洗過的，不是黏黏的，空氣也巨好，廁所比較乾淨，在附近排前三。衞生在附近酒店裡就是瑪莎拉蒂（在西大3年住過好幾個酒店和公寓，連狀元碑北碚附近的都住過不少，連鎖7天布丁酒店和類似於Anna的都住過）房間的話和附近的其他酒店差不多大，其他裝飾的東西也和一般的酒店差不多，可能稍差一點。雷點：桌子是老木桌，電視小，廁所是蹲坑最大的雷點：空調自費，退房會來追評看最後一共好多錢噠，單論房間的話，外窗房間60 內窗45 絕對值得 建議直接找叔叔嬢嬢定（和網上訂是一個價格，但是沒有手續費，可以讓叔叔嬢嬢多賺點，他們家真的太良心了，好的公寓酒店不該被埋沒的）非要槓裝飾不好的房間太小的出門左轉定200塊錢的，現在是在討論60價位最好的選擇謝謝。（100多的很可能沒這乾淨，槓就是你對你去住唄）

第一次是一個人來，就想着找個地方寫作業，就覺得特別寬敞，收拾也很乾凈，第二次和對象來，還是覺得特別好，價格也特別實惠，正對西南大學三號門，離西南大學輕軌站就一百米左右的路程，公寓底下就是小館子，吃飯也方便

房間陳舊，衞生差，沒有熱水壺，有飲水機，不給提供桶裝水，房間隔音差，廁所簡陋，連衞生紙也沒有，被褥也不太乾淨，坐地漲價。

開始自己定了別處，就一間了，客服打電話給換到這家了，衞生太差了，衞生間到處是蟑螂，屋裡到處爬，自己買了殺蟲劑，噴了幾次，衞生間噴完又用很燙的水沖洗了衞生間才能上廁所，到處是蟑螂，房間地上，床上哪哪都是，孩子嚇得不敢待着，根本不敢睡，噴了幾次搶手殺蟲劑，告訴孩子沒有了，結果一會發現爬我腿上一衹，嚇得我也不敢躺床上了，夜裡又退房了，睜眼生生坐了一夜

賓館位置很好找，就在西大三號門對面，雖然比較簡陋，但價格便宜，前台有桶裝水，老闆娘也很熱情，原本看在熱情的老闆娘的份上，想要給好評的。但離店那天，我們中午寄存了行李，老闆娘説是免費寄存。等到下午我們來取寄存的行李時，老闆娘不在，一個老婆婆就坐在前台後面我們放行李的那個房間門口，不讓我們進去拿，説“把你們的東西扣在這裏，缺點香錢”。我們反覆表示已經付過房費82元以及空調費10元（這裏開空調另收費），但那個老婆婆就是堵着門不讓拿，想再要錢（所謂香錢不知道是什麼鬼，我們並沒有使用賓館的任何蚊香，總之她就是想再要錢就對了）。此時這個前台沒有其他任何人，衹有這個老婆婆在倚老賣老要錢。跟她説什麼她都裝作聽不懂，就是堵着門要錢，不然不讓拿行李。於是我放棄溝通準備給老闆娘打電話。這老婆婆看到我準備打電話，才不情願地挪開了。真的很無語。房間的地上還有煙頭，衞生條件很一般，這些本來都不打算説的，因為老闆娘確實很熱情，感覺她人很好，而且價格低嘛，不能要求太多。但這個堵門要錢的操作我就不理解了，説了的是免費寄存，取行李時卻出來一老婆婆要錢。如實描述，供後來者參考。希望賓館改進，越來越好。

45元的房間，離西大很近，在3號門對面，雖然屋內設施不全，但是就這個房價能夠有兩張床能穩當的住一宿就已經很好了。
