Definitely it is not a 5 star hotel. My husband and I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. Would not expect and accept this kind of bathroom from a 5 star hotel (below photos). Also the room is very small, carpet and wallpaper are very old, TV is on a big cabinet that has occupied the space for no reason. In summary not convenience at all and I believe that the owner is very stingy and doesn’t want to spend money on this property but want to charge people for a 5 star hotel which is is 3 or less than 3 stars to us.
The only good thing about it is that staff are very helpful and so kind.

酒店地理位置非常好離解放碑等景點都不遠打車十元左右，能夠從房間看到江面，大堂氣派，房間佈局合理，軟片柔軟舒適，早餐品種豐盛品質較高，特別值得推薦入住。

帶娃出行，很幸運到店後給升級了江景房，連續住了兩晚，酒店前台裝修很大氣，工作人員也非常熱情，有免費的游泳池，還提供的小童專門的洗漱套裝，娃都很喜歡，酒店位置在渝中區，到各景點也都還算方便，很不錯的酒店!

帶孩子去重慶玩兒，挑選了好久住到了翰文酒店。第一晚回去的太晚沒有看到“甜湯”，第二天接到了酒店的電話詢問滿意度，稍後又給送了“甜湯”。雖然沒有品嚐，但是感覺很温暖。因為要轉到江景房，前台小姐姐還特意用推車幫助我們搬行李，服務很貼心。總之酒店屬於傳統酒店，但是相比洪崖洞跟前的要安全舒心！如果能在充電（USB）方面有改善提升，會有更好的發展。前天小姐姐比小哥哥要適合酒店管理。江景房還是很有感覺的，就是遺憾沒有體驗早餐。下次再來重慶，依然選擇這裏。酒店送的水也挺好。

賓館在渝中區靠近黃花園大橋的地方，步行到網紅洪崖洞也就二十分鐘以內，到輕軌站也不遠，滴滴出行直接定位在賓館即可，到重慶各地都很便宜。上下車有賓館服務人員幫忙開關門，大堂很氣派，工作人員很熱情，二樓的早餐也很不錯；最關鍵的是六樓的游泳池，人少水温適宜，小朋友很喜歡，每天下午都要避暑游泳。因為航班是晚上六點半的，與前台溝通後，讓我們延遲退房，再次深深表示感謝！強烈推薦到重慶旅遊住瀚文！

這次好評重點給到酒店的地段。酒店位置特別好，不是樓下即景點的那種好，是鬧中取靜，但是去所有熱門景點都是10塊錢車費的那種好。後面居民區，穿過酒店乾淨的大理石路面和一排竹林，沿着雙鋼路特色樓梯山路，愜意步行5分鐘可達高評X姐火鍋店，雖是八月最熱的時候，但是一路林蔭，平添清涼。旁邊是巴蜀中學，書香滿滿。對比解放碑擁擠的人潮和車流，真是覺得太慶幸啦
