The location is inside the Party School, which is very safe. Enter from the Party School gate and turn right. It's quite clean overall. If you want to change to other apar**ents, you might not dare to live there alone, but this one won't. The store owner was very kind. I forgot my keys on the table when I left, so she sent them to me via SF Express.
