The room was very fashionable. When checking out, the child forgot to take out the room card. We were not reminded when checking out. We also specifically asked the front desk how to refund the deposit. The front desk told us to return the same way before 14:00, and did not remind us that there was another one. The room card was all out of the city. When I refunded the deposit in the afternoon, I was told that I was missing a room card and it was deducted 50😰

We were not informed in advance that there would be a charge for late check-out. I just checked out half an hour late and the hotel asked for an extra charge. I have never encountered this situation in other hotels before. Although I argued with the front desk, they did not charge more. .
