Our room was very nice. The beds were very comfortable. Our towels were changed daily and refreshments refilled daily too. The hotel has a self-service laundry room, which is a big plus for me. The staff were very nice and helpful.

渝都酒店住宿物美價廉，靠近重慶西站，地址位置不錯周圍還有好吃的串串火鍋，好吃很滿足。表揚餐廳黃姐姐，認真細心的幫助娃，孩子的重要物品丟了，細心幫忙找回郵寄。房間照片忘記拍了

環境：很好，窗外沒有高樓，是別墅區，視野開闊，早晨還能聽到小鳥的叫聲。
吃飯也方便，圖為斜對面餐館點的菜和小碗菜
服務：送了早餐，服務熱情周到。
從火車西站過來還比較方便，打車去重慶工業博物館，住這裏也不算太遠，交通方便，但不擁堵。性價比比較高了。

很老舊，牆紙都起皮了，還有小孩子亂塗亂畫的跡象。
桌子是有不明痕跡，擦不掉，洗臉池也是。
最慘的是下午入住後沒注意，晚上11點準備入睡發現床單有污漬未洗乾淨，打電話給前台，前台説：“要先看看是你們弄的還是我們沒洗乾淨”，我：“首先不是我們弄的；其次，不管是不是我們弄的都得換了才能睡。”前台墨跡了一下：“我們阿姨下班了，沒人換，要麼我讓保安送上去你自己換。”最後我衹能妥協自己換了.....
十分不愉快，反而是保安很暖心，還跟孩子説“小朋友，早點睡。”
總之，不會再去也不推薦。
