Overall nice hotel. Breakfast was okay. Didn’t have any juice or anything like that just water, tea and coffee.

It was good for overall. I had a problem in my bathrooms door in previous room. The hotel gave me a sweet room which was better. Upgrade room without any charge. One of hotel staffs which named 娜娜 Nana helped a lot. She is very kind. She prepared a breakfast box for my field trip leaving very early morning next day. She gave me a gift of waterbottle when I left. The hotel is little bit old and far from downtown but it was quiet and worth comparing a hotel in downtown.

The hotel is not far from Guanyinqiao but not on Guanyinqiao itself. The view was soso (office towers not really the city view I would have expected like on the photo). On the English version it's written bath or shower but there must have been a mistake with the translation. Anyway, it's a shower, spacious and clean.
The bed is comfortable, decoration simple but clean, the room has an air purifier.
I unfortunately didn't have time to get the breakfast which ends at 9, too early.

I had a little issue with my health code application due to my limited Chinese and was very tired but the lady on reception was extremely helpful and we got it sorted in the end. The receptionists are professional and friendly. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast is ample, very well cooked and delicious. In fact, when I came down for breakfast each time, it was very busy which shows how popular this hotel is. It is not far from the city and there is a lovely forest park nearby where you can relax and enjoy views of the city amongst lush vegetation. Overall, a very pleasant stay in the end! Thank you to all the staff - so friendly and hospitable throughout.

第一次帶着娃和老婆出來旅遊，抱着不太高的期待來到，酒店的前台小姐姐很熱情，估計這跟重慶熱情好客的性格分不開吧，主動幫我們升級了房型，有2份早餐➕2份下午茶，意外的驚喜就是出去逛街累了回到酒店前台問要不要泡腳（免費），這讓人有一種賓至如歸的感覺。衞生也很棒，雖然是在道路邊，但是其實關窗後的隔音效果是非常好的。離地鐵站大概步行7-10分鐘

位置很方便，去各個景點無論是打車或者是坐公交車就在門口。地鐵6號線和3號線走路幾分鐘就可以到達。其次是服務做的真的很到位：管家式服務，有什麼問題都可以聯繫管家處理。超級貼心。早餐種類也是很多，辣的不辣的都有。老少皆宜。

體驗非常好！特別是服務這一塊，管家小蒲非常熱心，非常貼心，為我們做了旅遊攻略，我們想去金色印象小蒲也積極為我們聯繫排號，睡前還有熱牛奶，蒸汽眼罩等服務。酒店還有下午茶早餐什麼的，雖然我們因為懶衹去吃了一次，但是感覺很不錯，品種很豐富，
