每次朋友來都會選擇這家，夜班前台姐姐服務態度很好，接機的哥哥也很有耐心，但是最近兩次的住宿體驗都很一般，我理解酒店需要裝修，但是第一次來5樓整個下午用鑽頭裝修，可以理解是我們時間沖突就沒多説；第二次直接早上八點用鑽頭裝修就過分了吧——何況我第一天下午耐心溝通了的，前台告訴我：因為趕工期所以8.開始用鑽頭，一天內裝完，後半天給我換房間。我下午都在房間，對面很安靜，我也作罷。第二天，對面8.準時又開始用鑽頭，打電話給前台，態度十分惡劣，先是找藉口説是外部裝修，徑自掛斷電話，我們自行確認之後就是對面房間8.使用鑽頭超級大聲，再打前台，前台服務態度更加惡劣，問題推脱責任之後再次掛斷我電話。態度很差。

真的是小眾寶藏酒店！！價格實惠，性價比超高！100➕竟然有接送機服務，而且房間很乾凈，床睡起來很舒服～ 住在四樓，裏面還有一個公共休息室，可以喝茶看書，和朋友聊天，巴適！下次來還住這裏！

一灃精品酒店接機服務非常好，而且使用豪華型的商務車接送，我經常去重慶，這還是第一次享受這種待遇，非常感謝司機的辛苦付出。早起到餐廳吃早，感覺這餐廳是全國最乾淨整潔的餐廳，尤其是餐桌是大型的古樹木做成，很享受。

是我住的非常舒服得一次酒店，第一，服務人員主動幫我房間進行了升級，一百多，有陽台、早餐，性價比超級高，早餐阿姨非常熱情，前台小姐姐很周到，感覺非常滿意，最後還有送機服務，物超所值

首先點名表揚前台小姐姐，真的是又漂亮又温柔，超級耐心，我入住的時候剛好碰到人有點多，很耐心的一個一個接待。網上的視頻圖片一比一還原的酒店真的不多房間很乾凈，很新，也很安靜，窗簾遮光性很好拉緊能達到完全遮光。總體來講超級滿意，推薦給大家。價格很合適性價比很高，有早餐有接送機，才200左右。酒店還有自助洗衣機，洗好烘乾還可以既穿，真是太貼心了。

差評！零星！
1、晚上十二點房間出現異響，打電話讓前台處理，前台反覆質問是什麼異響，説如果不説明具體是什麼聲音沒法處理。我直接無語我能聽見噪音還必須清晰分辨是什麼噪音嗎？最後終於叫來所謂的“師傅”來處理。
2、“師傅”一進門先用眼神打量了我和女朋友一番，我讓他處理異響，沒想到開口就是一番説教，對話如下：
“十二點多了你們還不睡覺”
“這有噪音怎麼睡”
“那是你們不夠困........（此處省略N句説教）”
“你不用説這麼多先處理問題，這個聲音你聽不到嗎”
“這不就是電流聲，有聲音就不睡覺？我都睡著了又起來……（此處省略N句説教）”
“你不用説這些，你處理問題就行”
“那你們是要怎樣，退房嗎？”
“要麼解決這個房間的噪音要麼換個安靜的房間”
（此處再次省略N句抱怨和説教）
整個過程“師傅”態度極其惡劣，非常不耐煩且多次抱怨、質問，根本不想解決問題，可能看我們學生好欺負，一副讓我們將就睡的態度，態度像是讓嫌疑人簽認罪認罰書，在我們多次表達問題必須被處理後才開始四處察看，最後終於發現某個應急開關跳開然後關掉了。
