Nice hotel, big and clean rooms.
Bit view from our business from was at the wall. Also no bath amendment as cotton wool and cotton swabs.
AOne morning main food at the breakfas was finished at 8-30 (breakfast finished at 9), also weren't spoons in breakfast room.
However, the toilet and hair dryer is cool! But remoot control wasn't work :(

服務真的差，大早上就打電話催你快點退房，不然按小時收錢，還是服務也差！説的什麼包早、中晚餐！到處都還寫的都是免費，結果等你去吃的時候要讓你買餐票才可以吃！！每頓的價格還不一樣！！！餐食也還沒幾個菜！！！

住過幾次了，前幾次體驗感還不錯，前台服務態度好，房間比較衞生。但是這次體驗感十分的差，房間位置不太好且隔音差而且床上還有毛髮真的怪噁心的，去找前台，態度十分不好，房間問題確實酒店衞生沒有做好，我們也確實沒有立即反應情況，去找前台衹是希望能換個房間，但是並沒有給出任何的解決辦法，還要付款清潔費，最後還是加錢換了房型，如果退房還要求付款100的房間費用。

房間乾淨整潔空間大，全是智能語音系統躺在床上不用動一句話的事情便可以操控窗簾、空調、燈光很方便，還有投影儀可投屏手機可看電視電視劇，酒店還帶有免費的影視會員，體驗感非常強很舒服下次還來。

酒店位置很好，對於乘坐高鐵來的人是很友好的。從重慶西站打車過來也就十分鐘起步價。 前台工作人員服務態度很好，辦理入住高效，還主動詢問是否需要小童拖鞋。房間空間比較大，智能可控很流暢，衞生乾淨整潔！這次入住體驗很舒服，下次還會選擇這家！

因為行程晚點，凌晨才到酒店。本來又冷又餓，結果前台小姐姐熱情地提醒我們有夜宵供應，那一刻真的感覺太温暖了！停車場指示清晰，很容易找到。洗衣房也用了，非常方便。對深夜抵達的旅客特別友好，夜宵大姐的服務意識很強眼力有活，感謝值得推薦！

這次入住體驗堪稱完美！前台服務熱情高效；停車場寬敞，且電梯需要刷卡安全感滿滿，對行李多的客人太友好了；房間裏的智能客控系統更是點睛之筆，一句“打開窗簾”就能迎接晨光，科技感拉滿，酒店有夜宵我們定的包含夜宵，餐廳大姐服務很好為我們夜貓來一碗熱騰騰麪不要太暖，必須給這裏的服務點個大大的贊！
