Nice hotel with good quality restaurants not high in prices. Reception is kind and speaks English. View from the hotel room is very nice. (City side, 57th floor)

設施：高級酒店勝在細節，這家洲際酒店的細節做的那是相當到位了👍最厲害的是大堂門口一整條“接聖街”都有空調，真是牛爆了🐮
衞生：犄角旮旯都很乾凈衞生，打掃衞生的保潔員@張小蘭 看到在洗衣服，還貼心留言，並送上洗衣液和衣架，貼心到不得了❤
環境：地理位置可以説是全重慶最好的位置了，坐落朝天門碼頭上，去解放碑、湖廣會館、碼頭遊船都很近，離洪崖洞不到一公里，且在高空房間都能看到整個重慶的夜景；著名的空中花園耍·酒吧也在這家酒店的checkin42樓；樓下L1-5超大綜合來福士商場夏天避暑冬天取暖，樓下就是地鐵1號線朝天門站，吃喝玩樂逛都有了，位置交通簡直是方便到不能再方便了👍
服務：房間、早餐、禮賓、大堂各種服務都是頂級五星酒店規格，要在房間泡功夫茶也貼心送上茶具；訂酒店當月是生日月，入住時還送上漂亮的生日蛋糕，所謂細節決定成敗，細節對比就能體現尊享服務了😃
價格略貴，但物超所值，去重慶旅遊的朋友，如果要住五星，預算充足，這個酒店真是不二之選。👍

大堂在42樓的水晶連廊，出電梯賓客關係主任是個外國小帥哥上來打招呼，説的還是中文、非常有禮貌帶我們去前台辦理入住！由於房間還沒打掃好就帶孩子先去泳池游泳了，因為房間的無煙問題一直未處理好，前台給我們免費升級到了行政房！房間很大，但是有一個小建議就是行李架在衣櫥裏、我們家的大箱子完全放不下！但是酒店的客房中心阿姨服務十分好，都是微笑服務！樓下可以直接去雲端樂園，一定要晚上7點多去可以看夕陽很美！酒店用的洗漱品都是無人區，這點很贊！總體不錯、酒店樓下就是來福士商場購物方便，裏面還有地鐵直達 出行也方便！晚飯後走到洪崖洞就十來分鐘，但是這天是真熱、走回來一身水！

This hotel was a dream, my husband and I were looking forward to come ti Chongqing and enjoy our time there in the InterContinental Raffles City Hotel. The room was amazing, clean and wide. The view from our room was breathtaking. We got to experience the bar in the Crystal building for a special night with a special view, we also tried of their restaurants and the experience was amazing. The breakfast is spectacular to, we got to try lots of different Chinese dishes but there were also western options. We really enjoyed the spa and pool too, perfect for relaxing after the hot and frenetic day exploring the city. The staff was so kind and welcoming, always ready to help. Finally we also had the possibility to admire the Drone Show from the privè in the restaurant of the hotel, with a glass of wine and a dreamy atmosphere, unforgettable. To sum up, we hope to come back ti Chongqing soon and stay in this iconic hotel again.

Loved this hotel through and through for the luxurious and elite experience. We celebrated my husband's birthday and the staff at reception Ms. Elle took care of everything and made efforts to make everything so special. It is conveniently located with a huge mall at its L5 floor which makes everything so accessible. The rooms are super spacious and amenities are top notch. Loved it absolutely!

Our experience at this hotel was fantastic!
We initially had a misunderstanding, but the hotel team resolved it quickly and attentively, exceeding our expectations.
Thanks to their excellent service and the thoughtful details they provided, they have earned our trust. I would like to commend the entire team for the outstanding job they did and thank each person who made it possible for us to have such a special experience.
We will definitely choose them again when we return to Chongqing.

Very comfortable room, pure white clean towels, besheets, nice pillows and spacious room with view to both rivers.
Staff were very hospitable and helpful.
Optional lounge access provided a nice quiet resting corner with view to the 2 rivers converging.
The Subway station Line 1 is below the building accessible from the exit from Level 2 or 3.
Locals claimed the location is the 'best' spot in Chongqing city.
