Wow, I’m so happy I decided to spend my birthday weekend at the hotel. The staff was very kind and helpful to us. The beds are extremely comfortable, cleans and elegant. It was so refreshing to have the hot pool which I enjoyed well at the evening, as weather temperatures were much lower. Thank you to all the staff members who made our stay more pleasant (@Rachel) . The hotel amenities are top tier. The breakfast was great, well cooked and liked the fact that they serve western breakfast and not just Chinese. The pool was clean and great to be around. I would definitely recommend the place and I hope you enjoy your stay like I did. I look forward to coming again ☺️

The overall environment of the hotel is elegant, quiet and comfortable. The housekeeper Rachel arranged for the hot spring bath to be preheated in advance. The service was very thoughtful and satisfactory. I will choose to stay with my family next time.
