We had a short but nice stay in this hotel. It's just 10 minutes walk from the railway station and metro stop, so it's convenient for people traveling by public transport. Rooms are big and were clean. Front desk staff spoke English and hotel accepts foreign payment cards, so it is also convenient for foreigners. If I need to stay near Chongqing West Railway Station again, I will definitely want to come back to this hotel.

Breakfast was quite bad and every day the exact same. Even with translator app, we could not communicate with the breakfast staff.
Reception staff was very helpful. Overall staff was very friendly.
Location is good as it’s close to the station (10-15 min walk)
We had a room towards the streets (so not to the railway) and it was very noisy due to the traffic and apparently bad windows.
Maybe ok for one night due to the proximity to the station, definitely not for more.

Hotel is located less than 1 km from the station. When arriving by high speed rail you need to go up the escalator two floors. A free shuttle bus runs from the station exit to all the hotels around the station. Ask reception to order the shuttle for you ahead of time as it may be full (there are only 9 seats). Room is soundproof but you can hear the trains pulling in. There are no trains during the night. No smoking in room or in the corridor. To get to the floor you need to press the door key in the lift. No fridge. Breakfast is varied, there is toast but no butter or jam; no coffee or tea, just apple and orange juice or warm soy milk. Tea pot with green and black teabags in room.

Overall, the experience was pleasant. The location is very convenient (just about a 15 minute walk from the train station). It would be great if the laundry service hours could be extended as late-arriving guests may find the current schedule a bit inconvenient.

Close to chongqing west railway station, you can walk for 15 minutes. Beside the hotel there are many restaurants you can choose to eat from morning to evening. Everything is good, clean, and provided, breakfast is standart with no meat choice, but for noodle you need to request for free. Far from city centre, you need didi and pay at least 70yuan.

Clean comfy non smoking room near high speed train station. Just walk left after leaving the station. Not much to do nearby. Metro is near to train station. One massage shop, a few convenient stores and many restaurants serving similar food.
