酒店乾淨衞生，樓下很多吃的很熱鬧，前台姐姐服務熱情，客房裡配套齊全，冰箱洗衣機，空調，熱水器。都有，還有陽台可以晾衣服，酒店還配了洗衣液，衣架，很貼心。就像住家一樣.

真的是無語 一開始的房間被別人用密碼直接開了 當時我一個女生還在換衣服 後面沒有提出跟換密碼的事情 店家的意思直接讓我繼續住的感覺 然後換了房間 後面越想越氣 並且當時還讓馬上搬另一個房間去 還是吃飯的點 我菜都在面前了 我回去搬 之後搬東西時越想越氣 找他理論退了我訂房的錢 結果第二天我寄一下快遞 我當時都説清楚了快遞員衹取 跟他説清楚取什麼東西就行了 給我私自改為到付並且也沒有跟我説 當時還回去店裡拿了寄存的行李 我是真的服了 第一次遇到這樣子 得虧自己沒在裏面幹什麼

住體驗非常差，晚上比較晚到的，打電話給酒店問怎麼上去，一個男的接的電話，態度非常差，先問你知不知道密碼我説不知道，他就是不知道密碼我怎麼跟你説，讓指路的時候態度也非常不好，事實上，在入住之前在攜程上問了怎樣拿房卡，上面回覆的是在前台拿，也沒有説要加微信，像這種不是應該有了客人訊息後，主動打電話加微信嗎？
然後酒店是那種loft的房型分成了2户，下面一户樓上一户，門口有個門是共同的，房型寫的是智能馬桶，我沒明白衹能在哪？就是普通馬桶。
並且我看上面寫的酒店是2021年建的，裏面打掃卻很臟，見圖三圖四。
很多上面寫的用品也沒有，護髮素，刮鬍刀，香皂等等，廚具什麼的也沒有，衹有一個抽油煙機。
最噁心的是，衣櫃裏面還有一個上一位客人留的T恤，可見打掃的力度。
總之非常不推薦來這家酒店，體驗感極差！！！！

我提前一天給老闆説了麻煩打掃乾淨點，娃兒對太臟的灰塵這些過敏。結果到了房間超級小，而且臟。廁所一個人都轉不過身那種。加錢換了間大點。然後還是臟，我們自己把地板桌子打掃了，毛巾都擦黑了。最後床上用品還是導致娃兒嚴重蕁麻疹，給老闆反映老闆就喊我墊個一次性毛巾睡。説免得娃兒過敏又説是他房間臟。大半夜，真的氣死了。過年期間又不好定其他家。最後續住一天，老闆喊微信轉錢給他，後來我看攜程上有優惠券要便宜點就買了。娃兒過敏大半夜去醫院又折騰到凌晨。給老闆講好的第二天下午點喊阿姨打掃，結果第二天到點給老闆説喊阿姨，他給我説阿姨走了沒得阿姨。老闆就是不安逸我在攜程訂房用了幾十的優惠。真的心胸太狹窄了。娃兒過敏我也沒有説要你負責這些。大過年的遇到這種人真的無語了。老闆是個笑面虎，但是遇到問題就深怕要追究他責任了。大家真的不要踩坑。不要來他家名宿。真的太臟了。

環境蠻不錯的，設施配備也蠻完善的，樓下就有餐館和超市，買東西和吃飯都方便，離輕軌站也不遠，走路大概衹用七八分鐘
