This is not IHG holiday inn. Do not be mislead like me.
Okay place to sleep for a night. It is very basic. There is a weird smell in the lobby. The lift and corridor smell of smoke

Serves it's purpose is the only positive here. Except for location right next to Chongqing Jiangbei T2 Terminal and free shuttle, everything else sucks. Reminds me of China in the 90s. Inconsiderate fellow travellers like young family leaving their room door open at 10:30pm making loud noises playing cards till I told them to pipe down and close their room door to no lights in laundry. In short complete revamp needed to bring it to the 21st century!

First, I wanted to note that this isn't an IHG Holiday Inn, I think it's a translation issue and not on purpose so don't expect IHG quality. The hallways had mildew on the walls and carpet. The bedroom floor was sticky and the shampoo and shower gel were both unsealed and opened. I'm honestly baffled by the other reviews and the fact that it was listed as renovated this year. Was it that the second floor I stayed on was the only floor that was unrenovated? It was a very rough stay and you could hear all the highway and traffic noise. At least it ensured I slept well on my flight home since I slept so poorly.

Do not confuse this hotel with The Holiday Inn. With that being said, if you are looking for a hotel located close to the airport with free shuttle service at a great price, then this is the hotel for you. Nothing fancy, but clean and comfortable. I would recommend.

Rooms very dated and needs to refurbish. Not holiday Inn standard. The pick up service was very bad and we waited close to 1 hour when we landed at 2am. It was summer time and over 40 degrees with many mosquito. They kept telling us the driver is reaching but he didnt. We slept only at 4am after check in and shower. We would rather pay for 滴滴 service if we knew they screw up the airport pick up service. They did gave us service recovery for free breakfast but tbh we are better off without it. It's just a bowl of plain noodles. We just wanted a punctual pick up service.
