對這座城市的印象大好可能就是因為一個酒店吧。還沒有入住酒店就聯繫了我，詢問我們大概到店時間，並且提前發房間視頻給我看。聽聞是兩大兩小的，馬上就準備好了拖鞋和小童牙具。孩子**不錯到店抽獎還抽到了夜宵券，含有一份兩人份的燒烤和兩瓶啤酒，雖然最終沒有時間去吃了（萬州太多好吃的了吃不過來…）前台小姐姐給我們換了一份零食包，送了四瓶小飲料。除此之外還送了房間歡迎果盤零食，下午茶，兩個冰淇淋，兩份咖啡，退房再送了一份零食包……簡直了熱情似火的服務！下次來萬州還住這裏，自駕方便距離萬達2分鐘車程，絕了！晨晨的服務超棒，其實整個店的服務員都非常棒👍🏻

第二次入住柯瀾了，第一次是去年無意間看到的酒店，在別墅區裏，裝修的特別漂亮。無論是服務還是環境都很絕！以後來萬州衹會選擇這家酒店！
每次都是自駕來的，門口有很多車位很好停車。
酒店的工作人員晨晨很認真負責，提前打電話聯繫我對房間有什麼要求，我説了因為帶着小狗狗，希望找靠邊一點的房間，安排的很到位，酒店的工作人員們對小狗狗都很友好！
房間空間很大，裝修的很nice，床品和設施都很好，智能馬桶智能窗簾，浴巾浴袍拖鞋都是獨立包裝，衞生方面一點不擔心，因為在別墅區晚上很安靜，住的很特別舒服！
酒店的早餐品種很豐富，麪條特別香，咖啡也很贊！

地方不是很好找，特別是晚上。周邊都是未入住的商業和住宅，有點陰森。周邊不是很好吃飯特別是晚上，酒店一樓有個餐廳，不過8點就關門了。還有服務人員比較死板。總體來講性價比不高。房間是高窗，比較壓抑，建議不要定這種房型。

同等價位之中的性價比之王，房間裝修簡約大方.很舒服，住的酒店當中可以排前三了，乾淨衞生，設施還完善，還有閲讀區，小童小黃鴨打卡區，住着很舒適超級安靜，最主要的是，早上七點到10還提供自助早餐，晚上還有夜宵小麪，味道也很棒，下次再來這邊肯定還會選擇這一家酒店

酒店離高速口不遠，自駕到達很方便，大堂門口兩邊車位多，也很好停車，還有地下車庫。
服務很不錯，辦理入住的時候，對小朋友有小禮物贈送，女士有旅行小套裝贈送。
訂了一個親子房，酒店共兩個，一個小黃鴨，一個太空主題。
這次住的太空主題房，房間挺大，主題元素點綴比較多，小孩是獨立的一張床，對小朋友來説也算大的了，兩邊還裝了護欄，各種櫃子轉角處都貼了防撞條，細節做得挺到位的。
酒店早餐也不錯，種類比較豐富，雜醬麪很好吃。
挺不錯的一個酒店，到各個遊玩地方也比較近，同時自身安靜，不會感覺嘈雜。

酒店在別墅區，環境好，安靜，好停車。工作人員很熱情，提前打電話詢問，儘量安排朋友住一起，還給我們升級了一間庭院房，比較貼心。我們總共訂了6間房，體驗感不錯，就是離吃烤魚的地方稍微有點距離，打車十幾分鍾。

酒店非常舒適，環境非常好，服務太好了，應有盡有。五一這個價格真的非常值得，説實話看到點評來定的，那些睜眼説瞎話的説環境一般的確實………住在別墅區你想要求在商場門口邁？反正這是我見過最好的酒店，衞生乾淨，每個服務員都很有禮貌熱情，這裏晚上安靜，早上空氣好，睡眠質量也蹭蹭蹭……一定還會再來這家酒店。

真的很好，嘗試一晚上又繼續續住了一晚上。環境非常舒適，早餐很豐富，味道好吃。酒店的交通也非常方便，去萬達5分鐘車程。酒店是真的很安靜，在公園裡，感覺有在城市裡的森林氧吧，鳥語花香、有着詩和遠方～酒店裡還有小黃鴨樂園，非常可愛😍考慮得很周到，出來出差和旅遊，都是值得來酒店🏨

女朋友旅遊住這酒店停個車，被颳了，各種推卸責任，5月2號發現的，説給我們查，一週都沒查，發消息也不回，我都從外地旅遊回來了，後面是去酒店找他們，才給你查監控，我這事都一週了消息也不回，你不去找她就不了了之了，反正就是説忙。然後把責任又推給物業，我車停酒店門口的查不出來我旁邊停的哪個車，你想調監控，酒店管理的開始還説不允許，什麼侵犯別人私隱了，那別人給我車颳了你們也沒個説法，你不報警他就是各種嘴硬不給你看。還沒這個小區的物業負責，説真的真垃圾，查到後面就説視野盲區，看不到沒監控那個位置。出事了就自己自認倒黴，到現在也沒個説法反正不管他們的事，各種踢皮球，早幹嘛去了，一個星期這麼久了現在查不出來了，做生意出問題了就知道推卸責任。遇到問題就知道拖不給客户解決，反正能拖就拖，拖不了就踢皮球，真棒
