I had an amazing overnight stay at Novotel for a flight transfer. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the airport pickup service was incredibly convenient. What truly made the stay exceptional was the staff, especially Fiona at the front counter. She was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and provided outstanding service. She is a real asset to your team. I will definitely choose Novotel for my future transfers.

Having heard the scorching summer heat in Chongqing had subsided, I brought my child to experience this magical 8D city. Upon arrival at the hotel, to our pleasant surprise, there were outdoor stalls selling authentic Chongqing braised specialties and snacks right outside the entrance! My child absolutely loved the egg tarts and char siu pastries! The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room was spotless, and the air conditioning was already on upon entry, providing a wonderfully cool and refreshing atmosphere. Seeing we had a child, the housekeeping team even provided children's slippers and toothbrushes. The room was equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee machine, making it truly ideal for an extended stay! The commercial street just downstairs from the hotel offers a fantastic variety of authentic Chongqing local dishes, which was incredibly convenient! Loved our stay here, and we'll definitely be back!

Note the hotel is about 15 mins drive from the Airport. They do provide free pickup to and fro the airport though, so it's convenient enough. It's a pretty small building and some parts like the elevator can look a little aged, but the key bits, like the room itself, is beautiful, clean and comfortable. I had a great night's sleep. The staff were also very polite and happily arranged to send me to the airport the next morning (I do speak Chinese). Didn't expect breakfast but the booking included it and the breakfast was actually pretty decent. Great experience overall!

The room was very clean, with a large balcony for reading, the sun was bright, the front desk lady was very considerate and gave two room cards, one for plugging in and one for take-away, the breakfast was also good. Recommended!

Good location, lively surroundings. The lobby is spacious but a bit empty. The room is also large, but it looks empty too. It's different from another hotel I stayed at near Jiangbei Airport the other day. Of course, the price is different too. The facilities are basic, the hot water comes out quickly but is a bit too hot and difficult to adjust. The air conditioner is very noisy, even when it's off, the neighbor's room is still noisy. The service was very good; the front desk helped call a ride-hailing service for the airport transfer. For a casual stay, the price is reasonable.

This stay was a pleasant surprise. The Youth Hostel is a separate space separated from the hotel lobby (with an electronic door lock, very safe). The decoration and hygiene inside surprised me. I felt that I had found a very satisfactory blind box. I will choose to stay again next time if I have the chance. The location is also very good, very close to the subway station entrance. There is also a convenience store downstairs with many snacks, very convenient

As a frequent traveler catching early morning flights, the location of this Atour hotel was perfectly suited to my needs! It's only a 10-minute drive from Jiangbei Airport. I booked a free airport shuttle with the front desk in advance, and the driver was there on time the next day, so I didn't have to rush. If I wanted to explore the city, it was a 15-minute walk to Huanshan Park Metro Station on Line 10, and a 20-minute drive to Chongqing North Railway Station, offering incredibly flexible travel options. The most surprising thing was that the ”Shujia Courtyard” restaurant was right across from the hotel, and there were also Yonghui Supermarket and Gaofen Hot Pot restaurants nearby, so I could easily get a hot meal even if I arrived late at night. Atour's service never disappoints, and this hotel truly embodied warmth in every detail. Upon check-in, the receptionist proactively offered a welcome tea, and upon learning I had a child, immediately brought out children's slippers and a toothbrush, and even gave me a small gift, instantly making a great impression. I missed breakfast the next day because I had to catch an early flight, but the front desk had already prepared a takeaway breakfast pack. The sandwich and yogurt combination was just enough to fill me up, and they repeatedly said ”Take care on your journey” in a very sincere tone. When I checked out, they not only helped me store my luggage, but also proactively offered me ice water when they saw I was sweating profusely. This kind of unpretentious thoughtfulness is more touching than any formality. Whether for a layover or business trip, this Atour hotel perfectly meets my needs. Its high score of 4.9 is truly well-deserved—convenient transportation, heartwarming service, clean rooms, and excellent value for money; it's almost impossible to find a flaw. I've already added it to my list of places to stay in Chongqing, and I'll definitely book it again next time!

Wow~ This hotel's accommodation experience is perfect. The room type was upgraded when I arrived at the hotel, and the price-performance ratio is super high💰! Because the price I booked did not include breakfast, they also thoughtfully provided breakfast🥐, which couldn't be more praiseworthy👍!🌟It's just a little far from the city center, about 6 or 7 kilometers from the airport, which is a benefit for drivers!

The hotel is conveniently close to the airport; T2 is even nearer, and T3 is just about a ten-minute drive away. They offer a 24-hour airport shuttle service, with many drivers working in shifts and a good fleet of vehicles. The driver who picked me up at night was very friendly; we chatted a bit, and she shared that their manager acknowledges the hotel is older but believes their service truly makes a difference. She seemed genuinely happy throughout, and I felt the same way – I will definitely stay here again. This hotel is excellent. They honestly don't need to call guests asking for good reviews; when a hotel is run with such dedication, guests will surely notice it.

There are very large floor-to-ceiling windows, the air circulation is very good, the conditions are very good, five-star praise, the location is particularly easy to find, it is very close to the subway station, and it is very convenient to come here. It is worthy of such a high evaluation and can be regarded as well-deserved. I will recommend it to my friends. It has always been very considerate and the service is very warm. There is really nothing to say, just rush in and it's done.
