The first room I was allocated had some issues with the room lightings and the front desk staff agreed to allocate us another room instead. However, the hotel facilities (gym and pool) happened to be under renovation over the period of my stay, which was slightly disappointing. The room service could also be improved as I booked a stay for 3 pax and the toiletries/room amenities were prepared and replaced daily, but only for 2 pax, and we had to call in each day to request for an extra set. It would have been better if the hotel took note of our request the first time, and made a note to ensure sufficient toiletries for all 3 occupants per the booking, so that we did not have to call in with a daily request. But overall, the view from the hotel was great and the stay was comfortable. It was still a positive experience.
