Reasonable prices for the accommodation

Excellent location, close to shops and City Centre. The room was big, and had a coffee machine which was a nice touch. There was off street parking which was very handy. Highly recommend for a couples getaway or business stay.

This is the best motel of this trip. Whether it is the hardware facilities, services or some of the things provided inside, they are all perfect. It is absolutely friendly to people with obsessive-compulsive disorder and mysophobia. The proprietress is a girl from Dalian, China. No wonder she has such good taste. The room is so clean and tidy, and it is also equipped with a capsule coffee machine, which is better than all other motels.

The environment is OK. It's very convenient. It takes less than 10 minutes to get to the city center.

The room was clean, the internet was fast, parking was convenient, the shower was very comfortable, the heating was powerful and the whole house was heated up quickly. It is very close to major attractions and Chinese restaurants in Christchurch.

I have been staying in star-rated hotels in New Zealand. The night before I returned home, I tried this motel managed by a Chinese couple near the airport. I left my credit card information when I checked in. Because their electric kettle is exactly the same as the domestic gas kettle, and they also provide an electric stove for cooking, I mistakenly put the electric kettle on the electric stove as a gas kettle, causing the plastic at the bottom of the kettle to melt and smoke, and triggering the smoke alarm. We immediately cleaned the stove with the alcohol wipes we brought. When checking out, the male owner said that the electric kettle was worth 100 dollars (420 RMB). Although it felt a bit expensive, we still accepted it because we made the mistake first. But the male owner said that triggering the smoke alarm would cause a fire, and we needed to pay 50 dollars (210 RMB) for fire fighting. We immediately refuted it because New Zealand law stipulates that such a false fire alarm will not be charged even if the firefighters arrive. The male owner saw that he could not deceive us, so he stopped talking. During the stay, I saw the male owner flattering the white guests. If this happened to a white person, would he dare to charge so much? When you are abroad, you really need to be careful of these Chinese people who worship foreign things and fawn on foreigners. They look down on Chinese people, treat Chinese people as **, and want to make money from Chinese people! Attached is a picture of the receipt. If the store dares to charge my credit card again, I will definitely complain to the end!!!

It's run by Chinese compatriots, and it's ok overall. It's just this city, so if you want to travel there, try to spend as little time as possible.

The facilities are complete and clean. The receptionist saw that there were many of us and upgraded us to a double room for free, which was very considerate.

The room facilities are relatively old, but they can all be used. Parking is convenient at the door, not far from the center of Christchurch, there are heated clothes racks in the room, and the owner is Chinese and can speak Chinese.

Convenient transportation, 10 minutes walk to Hegly Park, parking available, close to the city center. The kitchen has an oven. 20 minutes drive to Dahuang Supermarket. Chinese service is available at the front desk.

We are a family of 5 and there is only one room with a double bed and a single bed, and the other two members need extra beds in the living room

The house is big, cost-effective, centrally located and has parking space.

Another one has already reviewed it, and the price/performance ratio is pretty good. I temporarily stayed for an extra day and felt very good. There is nothing wrong with the room. It is a very convenient motel!
