The hostel is very clean and organized. The location is closed to all the tourists sights of Madrid and the city center. The staff was very accommodating and friendly and they will always make sure that your stay are always comfortable and feel at home. The receptionist from Mongolia name Uyangara is also the gem of this hostel. She is friendly and she also gives informative information about the places to go.

One of the worst hostel experiences ever. 1. The rooms have tiny walkways. 2. The lockers are below the bed and elevated + narrow walkway = you need tk do a bead lift everytime you get any irked from there. 3. No ventilation, anywhere. Entire hostel smelt like a locker room, honestly quite disgusting, 4. The shower cubicles are tiny Highly recommend NOT booking

Loved the concept. Location was great, staff was friendly, super clean and the capsules were private. Unfortunately there were some people who shared the room with me that did not abide by some rules of common courtesy (ate smelly food inside the room and talked in the phone late at night) but that is not the hostels fault. If anything, I would advice to put some sort of rules written down so that if sth like that happens one can demand the person to get back on line. But I loved it, would go back and would recommend.

Non functional kitchen with kettle and microwave ovens, toasters only. Other than that, things were oK during stay in early June 2023.

Surprisingly good

The rooms are clean and quiet -curtain and independent bathroom, so very little noise -close to everything -impeccable service

The facilities were clean and the staff was very friendly. It's located behind Principe Pio Station, so transportation is convenient and it's easy to get to on foot. And, unexpectedly, attractions are very close, so it was the best for an evening walk.

Beautiful palms and good location! I was there for about a week, and the staff was very nice! 4/5 and he was a good person. However, the kitchen is small and only has a microwave, so it is not suitable for people who want to cook for themselves for a long time. There is no hair dryer. There is shampoo. There is a paid coin laundry (credit card accepted). Also, the toilet is small, so it's hard to get in and close the door. I will repeat it when I go to Madrid again!

***In terms of location, the meat is good, but the cleaning of the duvet and sheets was insufficient, they could be cleaned better. So, in terms of price, it is good, but the beds are very close to each other, it is difficult to open and close the items, and it makes people feel cramped. It would have been better if they were a little wider apart. I stayed in another hostel, the bunk beds there were not that close to each other.

The truth is very good, I have been to this pension again and it still seems very comfortable and economical to spend a night. The bathrooms are clean and you feel that there is an intention to serve you.

Service: Check-in is fast, and you will be brought to the room in person to tell you how to operate the relevant facilities. It is only a 10-minute walk from the subway station and attractions.
