This was our first time booking this hotel. Staff + service was impeccable and our needs was attended promptly. The hotel breakfast was sub-par, room is comfortable and spacious. Overall, we had a great experience and we would love to be back again soon!

First trip to hanoi! Overall stay was pleasant except for 2 things
1. the housekeeping person did not perform cleaning and check where I was almost charged for missing teaspoon in the room.
It was rather unpleasant after all on my last day of check out.
2. My first breakfast was horrifying as there were a lot fruit flies sticking by the bread jams and fruits.
Lastly took condition was good and view was pleasant

It is not a big hotel, but clear and good service from the staff. It is located a Mall and you can easy find a food and coffee shops.

The room smells too bad and the bathroom smells bad
