No one at front desk upon arrival, waited about five minutes before someone came to desk to start check in. Was not given password for the internet called front desk from room and call was sent to voicemail after quite a few rings.

First floor was remodeled and was far different than the rooms on 2nd floor. The room smelled like moth balls and old carpet. The beds were very uncomfortable. But once they get the second floor looking like the first it should be fine

They are renovating. They should have informed us. Entire place smelled of moth balls and was crap. Should have renovated a long time ago! Definitely would not have stayed there if we would have known!

Didn't like anything. Broken faucet, holes in rug, heater didn’t turn off, continental breakfast was a joke

Apparently the maintenance man walked off job. The hot tub was down due to heater down. The inside pool was freezing.
The stool in our room would flush. When reported they acted like they didn't understand. When I told her it needed plunged, she handed me a plunger. When the plunger didn't work she sent different plunger down.
I bought liquid plumber and plunged it again.

Where do i start?
Ten minute wait at the front desk until someone showed up,Room not cool 90 degrees outside AC not on, I choose this location because it was convenient to meeting site as my wife was with me pool and spa important as she would stay at room enjoy pool and spa Spa was ice cold ssked why heater broken pool ice cold also! Juice machines Apple and Orange out of order coffee pot empty limited breafast items compared to other Hotel/Motels front lobby is storage area Carpet extremely worn. seams taped down, Pool supplies stored by vending machines.
Having worked for Wyndam I can assure you not up to thier high standards!!!!
