服務：非常滿意，管家很貼心。民宿的唯一亮點。
環境：非常不滿意，本來春天了在草坪上坐坐看看湖水是很舒服的事。這見錢眼開的老闆讓他合作的團隊在草坪上扎帳篷，整得跟公園一樣，嘰嘰喳喳，吵得要死，完全不顧及真正住客的感受。草坪上靠近湖邊全是他們扎的帳篷，非常煞風景。想拍個照片都沒法拍。
衞生：挺乾淨的，滿意
設施：有點舊，一般

西坡千島湖也是同事強烈推薦的，雖然上海過去有點遠，但是到達目的地，還是感覺非常值得，之前兩天，管家小潘就反覆和我們確認晚餐，下午茶，一些注意事項，非常認真，到了民宿，還有小哥哥幫忙搬運行李到房間，服務非常周到，房間設計也是非常有木質自然風感覺。過年去入住也很緊張的，入住率很高，裏面的服務絲毫不差。風景 早餐，下午茶，還有周邊風景，絕對要給五星贊。
對了，離開酒店時還有紅色伴手禮，意外的驚喜。

這個民宿是我迄今為止住過最好的民宿了，房間的裝修，酒店的服務，周邊的環境……一切的一切都非常棒，真的就是我想象中旅遊度假住民宿該有的樣子，管家小彭也非常好，有問必答，很多問題都第一時間及時回覆，服務也很貼心周到，真的是非常滿意的一次新年度假之旅，有機會還會去的！！

整體簡約文藝風，適合喜歡小清新的友友們。服務真的值得誇一誇，我們小朋友丟了東西在小童遊樂室，也説不清在哪丟的。晚上和管家小彭説了後，小彭幫我們調監控找回來送到房間，當時外面還下着雨，很感動，是家有温度的民宿。

世外桃源的感覺，淡季去體驗感拉滿！第一天到有點陰，稍稍遜色，第二天陽光明媚絕絕子！早上陽光照進來，美的都捨不得睡懶覺。管家小夏還當起了攝影師（很出片，可惜那天是陰天嗚嗚，第二天一早我都想發訊息喊她，小夏小夏快來給我拍照了啊，大太陽了！！！哈哈），臨走的時候知道我們要開車一路玩，還貼心的給準備了水和水果（水果都是洗好的！感動），都捨不得回家了！下次和閨蜜再來！對了，菜也很好吃，在户外一邊吹着小風聞着桂花香，一邊吃着家常菜真的好舒服，第一萬次發出疑問，這怎麼不是我家？！哈哈哈哈

離開千島湖鎮有半小時以上車程，周圍很安靜，國慶人也不多。
理解這是設計風格，但基礎房可以稍微增加一點點置物架，好看也需要實用。備品是le labo，是這些年用到的備品中我覺得最名符其實的。
這個季節又在下雨，就沒什麼風景可言，桔子吧裏下午茶消磨時間。早餐比較一般，沒什麼西點。晚餐用了攜程的套餐比較划算，單點的價格感覺有點貴。
服務還ok吧，但稱不上高於預期。這個價位的民宿，哎，誰叫出不去呢
