我們提前差不多一個星期交錢定好跨年夜的房間，結果到入住那一天告訴我們沒房間了？説我們一直不來把房間給別人住了？工作人員一直在那逃避責任説什麼聯繫不上我們，同程都有預留電話號碼我們手機也是常年開機，一個未接都沒有，你們根本就沒有聯繫過我們就私自把我們的放給別人住了，是跨年夜賺黑心錢賺瘋了？一個房間想收兩份房錢？我們顧客房間過期退房都要付違約金但是你們商家明明收了我們定金還能把我們的房間私自給別人住？而且這家賓館的態度也是極其的敷衍，出了問題之後根本不想承擔責任（推説是老闆電話打不通不知道把房卡放哪裡了云云，我們合理懷疑那個工作人員就是這家賓館的老闆衹是不想承擔責任故意找的説辭）衹補給我們四十甚至房錢都不想退給我們，還是我們發現不對勁訂單已經是已入住狀態根本不能從平台上退回來找才退我們錢的，甚至106的房錢還想剋扣我們想衹退給我們100。跨年夜方特有多麼不好打車都清楚，我們三個學生寒風中苦苦等了一小時辛苦打車去的賓館到的時候凌晨兩點多了就這樣想輕鬆的擺平有想過我們怎麼辦嗎？沒讓你補給我們九十元的打車費就不錯了，但是你們的態度是商家該有的嗎？p.s.我們找到下一個賓館的時候遇到了一批人，他們也是定了你們家的賓館但是房間未經同意就被給了別人。説明這種問題不是偶然的了，根本就是商家的態度問題，我想説你們黑心錢賺多了遲早倒閉，新年第一天遇到你們****晦氣。
