What a fabulous resort! Settled along a beach, this adults-only resort is all about the water, with oceanside dining, a spa, restaurants and more. The restaurants are really good, we enjoyed every meal. The advice is to book some of them way ahead of time. Staff is very friendly, helpful and thoughtful. Rooms are clean and has everything you could need on a vacation.

My expectations were high following my online research about the residence and what can I say! They were exceeded! We stayed here for 2 weeks at the end of October and it was our first visit to Türkiye. It was absolutely amazing from the moment we stepped in to the lobby to check in until the moment we checked out. We booked a Lakehouse suite with terrace which for us was worth every penny. The room was huge and immaculately clean with one of the comfiest beds I’ve ever slept in. Lakehouse’s also come with butler service through the day with nothing being too much trouble. We also had a small terrace with access to the lagoon style pool with private loungers and a fully stocked cool box by the side of our Lakehouse. The property is absolutely spotless though out and the attention to detail is evident in the little touches here and there. The Residence has relaxed Spa type a**osphere and is so laid back and chilled. The staff are the biggest asset everyone we spoke to was so warm and friendly and contributed to the relaxed a**osphere. Special mention to the super bartender Ramazan and the staff at the Cuphea outdoor bar. Ramazan was first class making the best cocktails we had at the resort always smiling, recommending different things to try and teaching us a little Turkish phrases. Amazed at the amount of Baby Guinness he was able to turn around they were popular! I also liked the infused gins and vodkas used to create bespoke cocktails there really was something for everyone. The entertainment is in the form of live music 6 nights a week which was really enjoyable. Our personal favourites were Focus Acapella and Cem Moreno band. Food was delicious also with different themes each night. The food was so good that we didn’t really take up much of the offerings at the Sensatori next door which you also have full access to. We also booked a cabana for the day which was a nice experience. With the town of Fethiye nearby you can jump a taxi or book the water taxi which runs daily with the market being on a Tuesday. We lucked out with the weather as we were told it can rain quite a bit at the end of October but it was 28 degrees every day although chilly at night. From our experience here I can totally understand why people return every year it really is that good.

I’ll not repeat all the great place, great staff comments. Take that as read. Rooms Emailed the hotel a couple of months before our stay to request a specific block. They could not promise but made a note against our booking. We were located exactly where we wanted. Block 42 on the second floor. Sun all day on the great balcony and as far away as possible from the Cuphea to avoid the noise of the bands at night. Not totally avoidable but this is your best chance. If you can live with the noise, or are likely to be in the Cuphea until the shows end (23:30ish) then block 46 is your best bet. Sun all day and a view of the beach/ocean. Block 41 similar benefits to 42, blocks 43, 44 and 45 have morning sun only. Just as an observation, really couldn’t see the advantage in the Lake House suites. Just afternoon sun for them and a little more privacy, but it’s a helluva jump in price for having a waiter on tap (which by the way everyone on the sun beds around the pool pretty much had all day anyway). But, each to their own. Bars Drinks at pool bar and Cuphea I suspect, are watered down to some extent. Never really got a kick from any of them and didn’t witness any loud/rowdy behaviour. I don’t believe that was completely due to it being a more refined class of customer 😁. Not a complaint, just an observation. Lobby bar was definitely a step up in quality drinks wise and the Balkon for drink(18:00 - 24:00) even better. We ventured next door a few times at night and the drinks at The Boardwalk and the bar by the adult pool were again noticeably watered down. If you like a pale ale/IPA then the Fredricks IPA (bottled beer) is a nice drop. It’s a bit hit and miss if they have it at certain bars. They always needed to fetch it from somewhere else when I ordered it with dinner. Food If you order from the menu at breakfast, then wait until you have finished anything you have from the buffet, otherwise it’ll most likely arrive before you have finished your cereal or whatever. Balkon for breakfast is fab, just gotta like cheese. If you fancy all 3 starters, or mains for that matter as a couple, then order them. It’s not a problem, or unusual Cuphea evening menu is also available at lunch. Coffee and cakes from the lobby bar in the afternoon are a must. You can ask for chocolates as a takeaway. Quite a few are coming home with us😁 Pool The biggest we’ve ever experienced. Coolish at first, but had way worse. Waiters are round at least every 30 minutes. Cool boxes have 2 bottles of Effes, 2 still water and 2 sparkling. No need to towel save sun beds. Always loads to spare, but if it’s your thing knock yourselves out. Beach Average. Need shoes to get in the sea ideally. Loads of loungers on the beach. Didn’t bother with cabanas but they looked nice enough. Seen a few moans about it being a public beach in front of them. We stayed here for 11 nights from 1 May to 12 May 2024 which was our 10th holiday at this fabulous hotel. The hotel is immaculate and so clean and well maintained. I'm pleased to say the menus have been changed and there is huge improvement in the standard of the cuisine....... it is awesome!!! All staff are so helpful and friendly providing prompt and first class service. There are too many to remember but I'll list the staff members who deserve special mention: Izzet, Mehmet Ali, Emrah, Selman, Cem, Seda, Aykut, Murat ( Basilico ), Ismail ( Tao ), Bryan, Nebihe, Tolga, Melek, Sileyman and lastly Tarik for managing the beautifully landscaped garden areas. Amazing food and drinks with an unreal view. A la carte restaurants have something for everyone with use of the amenities in the akra next door. Unreal rooftop bar with mountain view and each bartender has their own unique cocktails when asked. Friendly staff and grounds are well kept. Great evening entertainment and weekly events .

the best hotel I've ever been to: so good we've booked for the next two years! There is nothing to find fault with, but here's a tip, don't use the hotel's rather overpriced shuttle boat to Fethiye, take a taxi to Calis then catch the water taxi which runs every thirty minutes for a fraction of the price and without having to wait for the hotel boat.

This hotel is beautiful with outstanding staff who were kind and willing to help my 80 year old mother on her last holiday of her life time. The restaurant staff were so caring. The Manager who helped when she wasn't feeling well plus Aylin who also took my mother's arm every day at breakfast and dinner. Namuk was so polite and helpful. I am sorry not to have remembered other staffs names but all brilliant and friendly and also missed seeing some on our last day. The pool bar service during the day was brilliant and Selman brought us a surprise each day to our lounger with a smile. The coffee/cocktail lounge staff were also superb and we had some good times with Can making his special cocktails. At Cuphea Aykut excelled at special personal attention and service. He was so friendly and I loved his energy. Mum and I had stunning rooms. Mum the Penthouse suite with a wonderful view of the pool, sea and mountains and I loved my room too as it was so comfy with everything I could need. The reception staff were most understanding with the need to be close to facilities. Anna at the spa gave me a wonderful aurvedic massage with hot oil and mum had the aloe Vera. I would highly recommend the trea**ents. The dining experience is great with tasty food and such a fantastic variety. We also hired a gorgeous cabana for the day. It's a quality, luxury hotel adult hotel perfect for couples and older people who want to relax in a comfortable environment without children. I can't thank all the staff enough for making our holiday so special and we met so many lovely people 🥰💕

The staff truly define the experience at this hotel, offering exceptional 5-star service. However, our room did not quite meet expectations set by previous reviews. Despite requesting a quiet room, we were placed next to the service elevator, which was frequently used by staff for transporting bottles and cleaning supplies, disrupting our sleep in the early morning and relaxation time in the afternoon. While the food was enjoyable, the room's condition and noise level made us feel that there might be better value options in the area. Perhaps our experience was just a case of getting a less desirable room.

Me and my partner stayed in a swim up room last September. From the moment we were greeted in the lobby with a chilled glass of fizz , everything was perfect. The room was immaculate, the food was divine and the staff were second to none. The swim up room is definitely worth the extra money. On day two of our holiday we booked to come back this year & it can't come soon enough! The mini bar is well stocked with beers, wine and spirits. The rooms are cleaned daily, towels changed and complimentary bath oils/salts replaced. We highly recommend!
