Liberty Fabay - Ultra All Inclusive

Kursat in the Asian restaurant was outstanding and may I add hilarious. The food was incredible, and the service was fantastic. Glasses always topped up, waiters went above and beyond for us, with food recommendations and even bringing out more dishes to try.

Transfer from the airport was great, taken in a small mini bus with two other families. We were the first drop off and the travel time took 45mins. On arrival we were greeted by a very friendly member of staff who asked us to take a seat and brought us a little drinks cart out. The ladies had a glass of fizz and the men had a cold bottle of beer, kids a juice. We completed the paper work whilst comfortably seated in the lobby. Once our room was ready we were guided through the hotel to our block. The room was lovely and modern the way we like it. We had asked for the hotel to do something special since it was our anniversary but sadly nothing was done. We also asked to be placed close to our friends but we couldnt have been any further from them haha. Room has fully stocked mini bar which is free to use and stocked every couple of days/every day depending how much you use. We did t really use it much because we didnt spend much time in our rooms other than to change and sleep. We had a standard sea view room and were directly above the main buffet restaurant. We didnt hear any noise from there at all. On arrival there is only the Patisserie available for food and its filled rolls, cakes and ice cream/coffees. It would have been great if there were some cooked options such as pizzas that could be replenished during the evening. We arrived at 11.30pm so were pretty hungry. The sunbed situation can be a bit of a nigh**are. We like to get up early to put our towels out as much as people hate this, but with young kids we wanted to be within eye sight of the kids in the pool. I was getting up around 6.45am to take our towels down and believe it or not the whole of the front row had already been reserved. The first couple of days I nipped back our room to wait for my husband and son to wake up before going for breakfast then heading to the pool. After complaints on the FB page one morning our towels were removed and another family were on our beds sadly. This was the only morning we were slightly later getting to the pool (just after 9am). We complained to the staff but nothing could be done. They left one of our towels because my clip was on there so we realised if we had our personal belongings on the sunbeds, they wouldnt remove the towels. However we wanted our usual spot so ended up staying on our beds and switching places to make sure no one removed our towels. Sad I know. The people complaining were those who couldnt be bothered getting up until after 10/11am and strolling down expecting several sunbeds together, which will never happen sorry, especially when people have young families who are up early anyway! Nonetheless the hotel seemed to give in to these people and this was the reason for turfing peoples towels off! Tip* take your own towels and they are unlikely to move those!! Got back yesterday from our 2nd trip to this amazing hotel. Luxury service food and staff are all above and beyond. It is a beautiful hotel that treats every guest as special . We must thank Gamze Guest Relations Manager for her superb professionalism and kindness. Also Ufuk the best bar Supervisor ever who remembers us from our first visit and treated us like VIPs but more importantly like friends. Also Mert waiting on us in the adult restaurant with such detail and care. Until next year Fabay we will miss you 😢

Best hotel with our family to date. From the hotel, room, restaurants, staff it was totally amazing. The staff couldn’t do enough and nothing was ever a bother. We will definitely be back. Favourite restaurant with Kursat he was super funny and friendly.

We went to the Italian a la carte, food was and drinks was incredible, With outstanding service by Resitcan and Aytul. The a**osphere was really warming and the service was very attentive and the staff were also super helpful. 10/10 would recommend

The hotel is nothing like you have ever been to before. When they say 5 star, that is an understatement. This place deserves at least 8 stars. All the facilities and activities are top notch and very modern. The staff are fantastic especially Berat at the pool bar. If you have the pool access room make sure you ask for a ‘berat special’ drink 😜 the man is a wizard at mixing drinks! Husain at the main restaurant is also a fantastic server, makes time to chat to the kids and never leaves you with an empty glass! My only gripe is that that we didn’t book to come for longer! If you are on the fence to book just do it and I can guarantee you won’t be disappointed!

We loved every minute, Kursat was amazing, our favourite waiter!!! Food was great, any cocktails you can imagine. Evening entertainment superb, nothing is a hindrance for all of the staff who were so so nice greating us every time we seen them. Class!!
