The room is very clean, close to the street but very quiet, the front desk is very responsible. It is very close to the commercial street and it is quite lively downstairs. Because many businesses are not open during the Chinese New Year, there are fewer people. This is my second time in Changshu. The first time I stayed at Pullman, and the second time I stayed at Vienna. Vienna is very cost-effective.

The hot water was broken, and the emergency repair was not very good. At 18:00, they said it could be fixed at 20:00. At 20:00, they said it could be fixed at 23:00. As an economical hotel in Changshu Development Zone, the environment and facilities are OK. There is enough water in the shower and the bed is big. The environment is very quiet.
