It's quite dated but everything was clean. Beds really comfortable. Little noise where we were.
Tv worked with extra sports channels.
Breakfast was fine. Coffee was terrible but the tea was fine!

The service is great. The people who work there are so nice and helpful. The location was so convenient for what we wanted to do, easy access to the Paddington station where you can catch the Underground or a bus. The only problem we had was no air conditioning and we were there on a hot spell. They had a small fan but that is just moving around warm air.
The breakfast was interesting, you go downstairs, and it is like a restaurant. You are waited on and given a choice of an English style breakfast. We asked for eggs cooked over easy and they were hard cooked eggs when we got them, and we asked for brown bread and got white but it was better than just a bagel and coffee. We would go there again just because we loved the location and the staff.

The sheets are not clean. It's dirty and it has smell. Upon check out we saw the cleaner cleaning the other rooms,she only took out the white sheet, pillow cases and towels but the duvet cover hasn't been taken. I doubt that they change it everytime they have new guest.

Perfect location. Private parking if required. Pleasant reception and staff. Room good size. Powerful over the bath shower. Cleaned towels left.

The hotel is a renovation of an old house. There is free parking at the door. It is a five-minute walk from Paddington Railway Station and a 10-minute walk to Hyde Park. The surrounding neighborhoods are easy to visit. The family room is a bit small.
